Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff who are willing to help. Average choice of phones, clean and tidy and always providing great service. Recently went in to do my upgrades and was pleased as punch with the service.

Good shop, the knowledgeable staff are ok for the customer who is undecided or knows exactly what they want. Helpful and friendly they explain details you can understand rather than baffle you with jargon. Always looking to present you with an offer than suites you rather than the most expensive. A good range and well stocked, everytime we go we have no problems getting the model we ask for. The shop is so loud and it can be disorientating of difficult to hear, with you having to repeat every sentence. Not a good place for people who are overwhelmed by noise.

Best phone provider for the south west. I had problems with my phone and they sent out replacement and collected my faulty one as I can't be without a phone due to business highly recommended been with three for over 10 years and never had a problem may be a little more expensive but you really do get what you pay for!

My partner and I came into the Plymouth store today to discuss the various Samsung mobiles. We were extremely impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the salesman called Jack. He was absolutely brilliant. Amazing customer service. Thank you, Jack.

Had to go in as miss sold extra Sims and charged. Supposed to get a free watch but never received text or email. Steven from Exeter branch was extremely helpful and is sorting for us. Although still not had text or email on how to claim free watch so will need to go in again. Update 19/08/21 Had to go into shop again as still no text/email or refund of over charge.

I visited Three as my contract was coming to an end so I went to the shop to look at my options. After talking to the shop assistant I decided to renew the contract and chose a new phone. I got the OnePlus 8 Pro which is a bit more expensive than what I used before but I'm glad to have made this choice as I am very happy with the quality and functionality of my phone. I would definitely recommend Three both for their products and service. Another great reason for me to get this phone is that where I live, I am able to access 5G service which is excellent.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time now. This was the best customer service I have ever experience in any phone shop and maybe any shop ever. I came in wanting to change my contract from a different provider and was greeted by Sam (gave his name because he deserves a commendation). He helped me change my own contract without hassle or fuss (which I'm used to when dealing with other phone providers). We were chatting about some of the deals going on and he recommended a wide array of different services Three provides. In two transactions (I had to go back because a family member wanted to change their contract too) I changed two contracts, bought broadband and a sim and tablet package, which saved me roughly £30 a month compared to my previous provider. Sam gave me great tips on how to use the data effectively and this was by far the best and most simple transaction I have undergone of a sim change. Thanks Sam!

The guys and girls in the three shop are amazing, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Sadly, they're stymied by a complicated and confusing head office and call centre system that is totally inflexible and often unintelligible. Until you make your call centres far more user friendly I can't give you five stars. Sorry.

The store in Drake Circus is fine. Their service tends to be good; however, I'd reconsider getting a contract with Three, as they make it nearly impossible to get out of. Their Customer Service is a joke. Their network coverage is decent, but not good enough to work with them. If you wish to see an example, read on: For some reason, my name is not registered to my phone, so they will only speak to my husband about anything to do with my number. I was the one who signed up, so I dont know why he is the account holder for my phone. (This happened at Drake Circus, FYI.) With that for context, we tried to cancel my number and received the wrong advice from Three, the store. So, we called Customer Service, who refused to speak with me. My husband cancelled the contract, and I received a confirmation that my line would be cancelled in 30 days. A week later, I received a letter saying they tried to switch my account to a monthly one, and they would automatically do this unless I contacted them. My husband has since tried calling, but after being on hold for ages, my husband hung up. Seriously, this was settled, so I dont know what has happened.

recently had issues after an upgrade from 5s to honor 7A. Went straight to store after a few days of trying to fix them and researching to find the battery saving options on the brands phones switches off the gps, and got solid advice. They put me onto the customer complaint team and talked me through getting a better device with the brand i wanted which was samsung. This was done at no cost and the samsung galaxy a8 was delivered the next day, at the very same time i handed the old device in . Would highly reccomend going to them, and cant fault three customer service on this it was fantastic . I can catch pokemon and loose wait lol again
