As a student my phone is important. Once it stopped charging I took it into Call Cabin and the employees where nothing but nice and where happy to help. They had my phone serviced within 45 minutes for a good price. Brilliant store.

I dropped my phone eventually the screen gave in, classic story of misuse So needed a quick repair Phone cabin came up dropped in phone Repair was quick but shortly afterwards wireless and phone connectivity started to fail as did phone facing camera. Could not find receipt and did remember was not given one. Would I use again yes

Took my daughters apple watch in for repair, cracked outer screen, (glass only) very good service, watch took a bit longer to come back than expected due to back log at repair centre, but overall very good, JD at Blackpool Rd shop was very helpful & great guy to deal with

Amazing service and amazing personalities at this store. I had an issue with a Surface Pro 4 screen that had bent due to the battery enlarging. 4 other companies refused to repair as they said it was too difficult due to the touch screen. I went to the store and met JD...what a guy! He said he could repair it, he also had spare batteries and would have it finished before the shop shut same day!! ..and he did. It works brilliantly too. He also has great deals on new and reconditioned phones, tablets, laptops. What an amazing store. I thoroughly recommend and I will be coming back to "Call Cabin" again very soon.

I took my badly smashed iPhone 8 to call cabin , they replaced the rear glass cover and front glass screen to make the phone like new , they gave me a free protector screen for free and supplied a half price full phone case protector all for an unbelievable price with excellent service . You won't get this service anywhere else in the uk .

Took my sons iphone 7 screen needed fixing. Phoned on the day to see if it was open and was also given a price to fix the phone screen. When I called into the shop with the phone they tried to charge me an extra 10 pounds on top of the price I was given bearing in mind I rand them 45 minutes earlier and was given the price.

I visited Call Cabin in Preston recently and the service I received was excellent. I needed a new charging port for my Samsung S6 mobile phone. I phoned up first and spoke to Sam. He said come in and we will fix it. I took the phone in at 12 noon and had it back by 4pm that afternoon. The service was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and a have a good technical knowledge. Before I contacted the Call Cabin in Preston I looked on line and with most mobile phone repairers you had to post your mobile phone off;remove the SIM card; back your phone up to the Cloud etc. With the Call Cabin in Preston there was none of that. I just took my phone into the shop and within 4 hours it was fixed! And it was reasonably priced as well. Call Cabin in Preston have their own website as well giving you contact details and the shop location etc. I would highly recommend a visit to the Call Cabin in Preston if you want your mobile phone repaired.

Had an issue with the headphone socket on my old phone a while back now and they fixed it within a couple of hours on the day for a good price allowing me to enjoy my music again on the run. Later in year encountered a problem with the charging port on my new phone and decided to go back, fixed it up again with 2 hours same day for good price. Definitely recommend. Cheers.

I popped in to get a screen replacement on Friday at very short notice, with less than an hour and a half before closing time. They had my phone fixed in less than the hour they quoted, and at a lower price to the lowest I had been quoted elsewhere. Their customer service is excellent. 10/10. Phone now works like new.

I absolutely destroyed my iPhone X screen it was completely shattered... I rang Call Cabin this morning they quoted me two opinions which was really good to have a choice .. I opted for the more expensive one of the two. They didn’t have the one I wanted in stock and they lovely guys in the shop went and got me the exact one I wanted. My phone looks brand new and was ready to take home in an hour and a half. Can’t thank them enough, so polite and friendly too. I will deffo be back if I have any more clumsy disasters haha! The call cabin came recommended from two independent sources , the staff are really friendly and helpful , they state realistic times for work and prices are average for the Area and competition. Perhaps a bit more info on parts used and OEM or other might be helpful and a system for recall work ? What’s covered (repairs) for how long . They seem to have got the balance right here and always a steady footfall . Recommended

Excellent service, needed a phone in a hurry as broke screen on mine so went there on a Sunday and bought a phone. Sadly, and through absolutely no fault of the shop, it had faulty Bluetooth connectivity and wouldn't work in my car, I was away on business and couldn't be without a phone that worked in the car so bought another elsewhere. Staff were very apologetic and gave me a full refund so I would definitely use this shop again

Went in last minute with a broken screen that needed fixing within the next few days because of an up-coming holiday. It was an LG G5 as well so I was aware these screens were not actively stocked most places. The guys at Call Cabin let me know that they would be able to get it ordered in, and fitted within the next few days. Thankfully I got a text the day before I was due to pick it up saying it was ready. As good as new. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for any repairs.

Call cabin was the best journey I've experienced in a phone shop to date. From the time I walked in till I was greeted on my way out, the service was immaculate. Big shout out to the fella at the counter named usamah. He was a great influence in helping me choose my new phone and also sorted me out with an amazing case. I had no idea about the intense specifications and details of phones until I met usamah. His explanations cleared and removed all doubts and confusions I had in my head about which smart phone to choose from. Would most definitely recommend everyone to go to call cabin and experience the 5 star services they provide.
