Friendly helpful guy in the shop. couldn't fix our phone without losing everything on it. We didn't bother having new oarts as we were due an upgrade anyway. He offered advice as to what could have caused the issue for future reference & wouldn't take any money for his time. Great service, will use again if we need a phone repair. We went here because my aged Mother in law and her 80 year old friend have used him, and he was very polite & patient with them, they couldn't praise him enough.

Professional, friendly and get the job done promptly. Very competitive price for screen repair. Only charged £50, my phone insurance charged £150 and would only cover £50 making me pick up the £100 tab. These gents also offered me a free screen protector and half price on a phone case. Very impressed!

Went in with what I thought was a broken screen. Man was very apologetic about a price I didn't think was too bad, and also about having to order the glass in since my phone is a little old. When I went to get it he explained very honestly that it wasn't the problem I thought it was, and charged me for a repair less than half his original quote. Great blokes, did the best they could and didn't try to cheat me out of any money when they easily could have.

He was very reliable called us back didn't fob you off like the others in town over priced and longer to fix it and then also shop on lancaster road said he have screen for tomorrow 11-2 then ended up saying it could be later in day soonhe lost me custom i came here he gave a screen that short for the phone because this new model samsung screen was hard to get from suppliers has it was newish but the screen broke after 2 weeks but he sorted out for us got us a new screen for basically short money and replaced the cracked one again he gave me son a protector glass free and cover for free nice man would very recommend then the others one in town who just feel like its a game to them.

Took my Galaxy S6 in to have a new charger port fitted as one of the prongs inside was damaged and as a result would not charge up. Also I wasn't sure if the battery was tired and perhaps needed replacing the man in the shop (Saf) quoted me for a switch and a battery and as I was buying both at the same time gave me a reduction of £5.00 Saf would have normally have fitted it whilst I waited but he was quite busy repairing other phones so I left it with him and returned an hour and a half later. He told me that it seem to be charging quite well and maintaining a steady percentage without dropping too quickly so therefore he said I did not need the new battery, and just charged me for the switch which I thought was very honest of him as anyone else would have just charged me the extra for the battery even though I didn't need it. I also had an old Galaxy S4 which seem to have a battery and switch problem and again I didn't know if replacing the battery or the switch at the same time would fix it or not. Sef let me try a new battery in it and the phone switched itself off so he offered to replace the switch while I waited and said if it didn't work I didn't have to pay for his time. As it turned out the new switch didn't work either so it may have been more of a software problem but Saf very kindly did all he could without charging me anything. I found him to be very polite, honest and friendly and would Definitely recommend to my friends and family and to anyone out there looking to get their phone fixed. Thankyou Saf. C. Reidy.
