Contacted the store mid week and took iPhone 11 Pro max in today to have the front screen replaced and back of the phone fixed. Just been and collected and it looks brand new. They have been very helpful from the get go, fixed the phone straight away and even sorted a screen protector and case for me. Great value for money and very competitive prices. Would highly recommend this place.

Visited for the first time today to get my phone unlocked after getting a new SIM card but turned out the SIM card was just in wrong. Great guy as he sorted it and didn't even charge me and could have asked me for payment. Highly recommend and will definitely come back in the future.

Had an excellent experience here! My phone screen had completely stopped working and thought I would have to pay over £50 to get it the screen replaced. However he was able to offer many options to repair my phone before resorting to getting the screen replaced. Ended up paying just £10 and having my phone fixed within 15 minutes. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else to get my phone repaired!

Unfortunately not a happy experience. My iPhone had a cracked glass on the back. Repair - One minute £15.00 next minute total £75.00 in total. Had it repaired, then was told the flash was stuck to the old screen so he didn’t put one back !!! A few choice words and then he says normally I tell people first except I forgot !! He charged me £70.00 with no receipt or guarantee And said come in next week and I’ll put a new one in free of charge. Today I went in he kindly swopped over the SIM card into an old phone I brought with me. The old phones network was locked which was strange as someone else had only used it on same network yesterday. I went back the phone looks good the flash works perfectly. When the card was swopped back there was a Vodaphone card in it not an 02 card, then he started blaming me the card was on the counter!! He was the one that changed the card on put it in the old phone. It’s a shame I have to give this report as when the shop first opened I wished the owner good luck and much success in future years and that was around 8 years ago.
