It was my gf who was asking for advice and she received first class service from a young lady who worked there.. They had plenty of choice for new phones but only downside was ALL contracts are a minimum of 3 years. I love 02 because of all the extra benefits ie Free Cinema tickets on Sunday or Monday and all the offers on the App..

Like every O2 store, the staff are helpful and there's lot of cool units to play around with before you buy something. But sometimes there can be a long wait to be seen and in some cases, they tell you to come back in 30 minutes when they're a bit quieter (or text you to come back). It's just one of the things of working in a phone shop where advisors could be with customers for a while.

I’m not really one to leave a review but my recent experience here was just so great I had to say something. I was looking for some AirPods. I visited the Preston shop a couple of times before a member of staff offered to write down my name and number and ring me when there was some in stock. This was on a Monday if I remember correctly. Then, the same week on Thursday I got a call saying there will be some in stock on the following Monday. On Monday I went in during my lunch break. Turns out it’s still a couple of weeks until they’re back in stock but this member of staff arranged a single pair to be delivered from a different O2 shop just for me. He had put it aside. I was absolutely amazed. Never has another customer service person gone such an extra mile for me. If the name on the receipt is the sales assistant’s name then it’s Suleman. It definitely started with an S (I’m terrible with names, sorry). Honestly, best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Amazing. I hope this gets passed on to him.

I've been with O2 for 15yrs and will not change networks for gold nuggets. Ther maybe cheaper options but cheaper means cheap service. Keep doin wot u do best O2.😁👍

It's a mobile phone shop . Clean tidy helpful staff . Good choice of o2 products . As is usual locked to the O2 network . This precludes the selling of phones for use on other networks . With the exception of the OnePlus phones
