Don't switch to another provider O2 will always look to acommodate you faster than the competition and deliver better results.
Only drawback is accesibility issues for this unit but they can resolve issues fast once you arrive
L. T.Went in for an upgrade and ended up walking away with a new phone, new sim for my dad and a new ipad for only an extra £10 a month on my original upgrade price!!!! Spend the whole time laughing with all the staff. Amazing experience and they transferred all my data from one phone to another without even asking 😁 the manager (his name was Adam) even made me a brew what a legend! Will go back for my upgrade in 2 years
