Samsung Galaxy S9. The protective cover had fallen off the rear camera. It has now been replaced but the camera only takes cloudy pictures (dirty lens?) and the fingerprint reader is ridiculously sensitive. It is almost unusable.

I'd tried a shop that are usually based in supermarkets who explained that they would not be able to replace my broken screen on my Pixel4a due to it being newer. I contacted Sim3 using the websites messaging service and they got back to me quickly with quotes and when I could bring it in. Managed to crack my S8 plus screen in the top corner with a metal belt buckle of all objects. Did some research on these AMOLED curved screens first and the whole touch panel beneath the glass needs to be replaced with the glass as one complete unit. Phoned Sim3 and this is exactly what they told me at the shop, also they had the complete Samsung part in stock. Dropped my phone off and 2 hours later they contacted me to collect my phone as it was fixed and ready for me to collect. Very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The device was in immaculate condition, unlocked to all networks and came with the original box including the Apple accessories. The gentleman offered me a trade in towards this deal for my old iPhone which helped reduce the price. However, i was anxious that i was going to lose all of my important data off my previous phone. This seemed to be no issue to the staff at Sim 3 as they transferred the data (including photos) from my previous phone on to the new one i purchased. Additionally, I was also offered a tempered glass protector and a protective case free off charge with my purchase. Overall, this store offered a professional service.
