G. S.I am just updating my review - It is still a five-star rating.
I have had multiple issues with Google phone, and after spotting the new 2 hour repair service I took my phone in. After finding and fixing multiple issues I have my phone back in working order!
The team were polite, helpful and took me through the steps that would happen and even gave me a loaner phone while mine was in for repair.
Great team and great service! Thanks for fixing my phone :)

J. S.Staff are quite alright but mostly they seem moody and blue and just lack enthusiasm, generally. I have been here a couple of times to pay my phone bill. Won't give it a 5 star because they're not quite there yet and there's massive room for improvement.
