My Apple 6S had been failing to charge properly despite my taking it to another outlet in Reading where it was thought the problem had been fixed. Rex took his time to clean the "fingers" and explain to me , what could be causing the problem. Two days later...he seems to have been right!! I am very grateful because having been double vaccinated, I have to confirm this through the NHS App when I go to the British Grand Prix next weekend. Minimal cost to me as well! So I definitely recommend him.

I accidentally dropped my work phone and completely shattered the screen. I was ringing around to see if any shops were open and could help out last minute. Harris Arcade Phones were more then happy to help and said I could pop in and drop the phone off. The service was excellent and I cannot fault anything. Thanks for doing a super job of replacing my very shattered I phone 7 screen :). As a busy key worker it took my mind at ease that they were willing to fix my work phone so short notice and so efficiently. Would 100% recommend Harris Arcade Phones to anyone in need of a phone repair!

Fantastic service - saved my life. It was my wife's 50th and I overturned the canoe we were in, she got dumped in the water and her phone too. And it was late Saturday. We were going to leave it until Monday but my wife called `rex on Sunday, and he was fantastic. He met us at the shop in Reading, took the phone apart - demonstrating why putting the phone in a bag of rice wasn't going to do it - and had it dried out and up and running in 30 minutes. Can't recommend him enough for. a great service.

I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. Asked about the price via email and got a quick response. Went to the shop around midday and collected the fixed phone around 1-2 hours later. Couldn't have been a more smoother experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman at the store. I'd have no hesitation in recommending or revisiting the store. Thanks again! Update: I had to go back a few weeks ago as the screen wasn't behaving properly (the lower section didn't seemed to respond). The service at Harris Arcade Phones was yet again brilliant! The gentleman talked me through some things I should check to narrow down the cause (eg software update etc). Once that route was exhausted he explained that the next step was to switch the screen for a different one to see if that fixed the issue. If it did then it was a faulty screen and he'd happily to send me off with a new one. If a new screen didn't fix it then we'd have to do a factory reset. Thankfully it turned out to be the screen that was the issue. He spent a good hour making the switch, allowing me to test it and it was at no extra cost to me as the gentleman explained that the screen they'd fitted had been at fault. I really can't recommend this shop enough - sterling service. Many thanks!

Absolutely top service. Rescued my iPhone from the dead with a really fast turnaround. Really helpful, honest and flexible. And great prices too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I accidentally dropped my phoned down the toilet and my iphone screen started to spazz out and kept clicking and jumping on different things basically making my life a complete hell. I wasn't willing to go to apple and pay 300 pound just to get the screen placed and the water damaged fixed and I sure as hell wasn't willing to send my phone off to some random company that I never heard of. I came across this place and safe to say I will be using this place again to get my phone fixed, the chap is fantastic. His prices are beyond reasonable and fixed my phone there and then he showed my boyfriend (who took my phone into his shop for me today) everything that needed to be done and fixed for the phone. Turns out I just needed the water damage cleaning off the phone and not the entire screen replacing, and if I have any issues I am than welcome to go back to his shop and get my screen replaced for more than half the price apple would charge. Highly recommended and will be returning to his shop if I have any more issues. Seriously I can not give this place a better rating :)

My mobile would not charge so went in to check if the battery or charger port was at fault - staff were very helpful, tested the phone with a working battery & advised that it was the charger port. They gave me advice and quoted what seems a reasonable price for replacing the charger port.

Can't fault it. A quick phone call ahead of time is advised. Hours are from 11 am to 5 pm so be sure you are expected. I left my phone with him and it was ready 90 minutes later as promised.
