Took my dead iPhone in not knowing if it was revivable. It was charging but wouldn’t turn on. Hugo brought it back to life with a new battery free of charge as he had previously fitted the current one only six months ago. He didn’t want proof of my previous purchase and was efficient friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this company for phone repairs.

Excellent job from the team, my MacBook Pro 2015 is like new after the team replaced the battery for a new one and cleaned up the fans and all. Job was done quickly and the team kept me informed at all time, providing me as well with pictures while performing the work. Fantastic Service. Short Circuit have successfully brought back to life 3 very old apple laptops and a desktop. My sons iPad was smashed to smithereens, and they managed to fix it but when it failed a couple of months later they offered me a full 100% refund on my repair. I was very impressed and appreciated the refund. Customer service is excellent, Hugo especially, nothing too much trouble for him to explain. He even threw in a free case for the broken iPad! I will always strongly recommend Short Circuit for all tech issues. Lucky to have them on our doorstep.

I took my iphone in for a replacement screen as I believed that it has been cracked when dropped. Valter quickly checked it, asked if he might gently remove the protective cover to reveal that the screen was intact! He recommended a neighbouring repair shop to do the replacement as he had none in stock. Very professional and thoughtful response. Highly recommend.

Went in to buy a USB flash drive to install windows but they had sold out. I was given their own flash drive to borrow and bring back free of charge. Worked perfectly. Great service, highly recommend using these guys.

I bought my laptop to Short Circuit Computers at short notice with an inoperative touchpad after all my efforts to fix it had failed. They sat with me for around 25 minutes trying various ways to reactivate the touchpad before I left the laptop with them to look at. On this occasion an immediate fix was not possible and they provided a quote to replace the touchpad. I was most impressed with their work dedication, effort and, despite the time they spent on my device, declined any offer of payment. Happy to recommend these guys.

Contacted this company and dropped my laptop (Covid secure!) the same day. Within an hour they had provided me with a price for a replacement battery so I authorised that they investigate the fault as well. The same day they identified that issue as well, ordered replacement battery and fixed the fault. Very reasonable pricing and laptop returned. I can confirm that I have now set up the profiles and everything is up and running perfectly - I'm using it to type this review!!!! Great turnaround and great price!

Highly recommend this company. When I called it went through to answerphone, but left a message and was called back within 5 minutes. I took my laptop into the shop where they were professional, explained the issue, how much it would cost and how long the repair would take. I left my laptop there on Saturday and received a call to say it was all fixed Tuesday - fast, brilliant service and fair price. I would definitely recommend this business.

The screen on my Mac Book Air started flickering and then went completely black. Naturally I booked an appointment with Apple. It took 7 days to get seen by them, only to be told it would cost £420 and could take up to 25 days to replace the entire screen! I searched the internet for more affordable alternatives and registered through iTechnician, a site which reaches out to computer repairers in your area. Within a minute I was contacted by Short Circuit Computers. I went in, was explained that there could be 2 problems and 3 solutions depending on the situation. The costs and times were FAR more reasonable than Apple so I decided to give them a try. Within an hour I had received a call saying my Mac was ready for collection, screen in perfect condition! Total cost? £80! And same day resolution! Definitely worth the bang for your buck!

I couldn't recommend this business any more. Probably the best service i've ever received when purchasing an item and needing a little aftercare help (due to lack of technical knowledge). Paid a great price for my laptop. It's in great condition and after being a little worried purchasing a second-hand laptop I am SO glad that I did. I will only be using these guys in the future. Best place to go. I brought my iPhone X with screen not being always responsive. They told me they could replace it but they also advised me to go to Apple even if out of warranty as it might just a fault of the phone not me. They were right. I like their honesty. They might have missed one transaction but now they have a customer that will come back all the times. Don’t look at the cheapest shop. You will end up spending more. They are very good indeed and I thank them a lot. Kudos to them.

This is a dream place where you can have your electronic devices fixed at the reasonable costs. A place you can always get a top quality consultations where Apple on-call support could not solve it for you !! I have had iCloud issues synced with Catalina program.. and it got fixed there :-) Not only quality but speed of service was great too!! Staffs have been very kind and friendly :-) Definitely will be my first stop if I will need help with my Apple devices.

I broke my mobile screen at Christmas and put up with it. Four days ago I phoned the shop as my phone was getting very hot and loosing all charge within an hour. They looked at my phone and fixed it within 30 mins. A few days later, I feel it is tested, it is back to a normal phone. Thank you so much!
