Took my PlayStation 4 to get fixed as had a black screen with no image and the turnaround time was amazing. Took him 6 hours whereas others were quoting days and did it for a very reasonable Price. Very welcoming and thoroughly recommend for any repairs of all things electronic!

These people in this shop are real repair man. I dropped my phone in the water and it has been more then few shop for past 1 month and couldn't repair. But these guys got all my data back. Phone couldn't be saved as it was too much from deffent shops but all I needed was my children's pictures and got them all. Thank you very much. Definitely recommended and use again.

As an experienced technician who works in the gadget repair industry myself, Im extremely impressed by the level of expertise these guys have… These guys are the only people in Berkshire I consider professionals…I’ve brought multiple iPhones, iPads etc. here when I’ve required an expert to assist me with me logic board repairs etc. The tools they have are state-of-the-art which I believe is very important in carrying out a factory level job. This industry has many poor businesses, I’m glad to say Soft Solutions are clearly very knowledgeable but honest..Shout out to the manager Aqueel in helping me out!

Great service! Fixed my iPad screen which had been shattered twice by my toddler. I had been delaying getting it repaired until I discovered Soft Solutions. Reasonably priced, fast and efficient service. My device looked so good, the kids thought I bought a new one 😂. I would highly recommend!
