I spoke to a young man named Tom, he was very helpful and informative. He helped me switch direct debit and recommended me a great sim only deal, he was very clear and concise and provided excellent customer service which was miles better than the Slough branch who gave me the wrong information and wasted my time.

Have been having problems with my Samsung phone and not being able to call or text normally and friends calling me thought my phone was switched off. I also i wasn't picking up WiFi except by connecting to home or work so I couldn't use what's app to message or call either. Very unusual for Vodafone but also very upsetting as I have a daughter with issues at the moment so I needed to be able to receive calls from her when she needed me. I called into Reading Vodafone store and was cheerfully greeted by a young man called Josh who apologised and said the technician's were all busy at the moment and he had only been with Vodafone for a few days, but he listened and then looked at my phone pressed a few buttons and said all sorted. He then showed me what he had done incase it happens again. ☆☆☆☆☆ rating for this young man who i think will be a real credit to the team 👏

Vodafone has the best network covered. The contracts and phones are expensive. People from the shop knows to do their job but you are passed from one to another employee. I would like to see one of them to do everything, not to say my request everytime when I am passed to someone else.

My WhatsApp had disappeared off my phone. Paulo (the Portuguese guy for Vodafone Reading) was so helpful. He managed to put it back on after other places had said there was no hope. A very happy customer and thanks ago for your kind support.

The shop was empty only one member of staff on hand and I did not get what I was looking for . The shop was clean and tidy no smiles from any member of staff.

Had a problem with my home broadband router. Vodafone customer service team told me to pick up a new router from the store. The staff explained this wasn't the process and that they didn't receive a router for me to collect. The staff did try to help at the store so I do appreciate the efforts.

Go to there if you are interested on switching to Vodafone, they can save you money by informing you about all offers that could you benefit from. I went to get internet for my new place and ended up switching mobiles too for a bit more money but with way more internet. Also the staff is very friendly. Thank you Brian and Pablo for helping me save money! Mobile internet so far so good and looking forward to get connected at home too 😁

Greeted and seated until I was seen. Not too bad as you knew they would get to you eventually, although it was not busy and I still had to wait 10 minutes. They sorted the issue I had however and all went well.

Big store, really disorganised. After waiting for 10 minutes the guys in the store told me that cannot help me, even I was looking for new phone through my pay monthly contract. And he was so bored , more interested to go home than help me, even was almost one hour left till closing time

Absolutely amazing staff. Lady at tech support fixed my phone as I had serious issues with data. She done everything in her power to help and she finally did it. I went to the store to have my new SIM activated and old number transferred across. I wasn’t able to do it immediately because it took a while for the SIM to activate but Joel called me on multiple occasions to keep me updated and eventually did as he promised.
