Professional and very friendly service. My initial reason for going in was to ask for assistance with switching over sim cards into my smartphone. That was done for me in less than a minute at no cost. Unfortunately I then blocked my phone trying to unlock the new sim. The lady serving me, Sabine, went on to help me sort out the unblocking codes needed. That was all done in a few hours before bank hols weekend, inspite of the fact that the shop was about to close. I am ever so grateful. Sincere thanks to the team

Amazing service! Went to phone shops in Leicester - said they couldn’t fix my phone, went to Apple and they also said they couldn’t fix my phone! Happened to be in Southampton the week after and thought may as-well give it a go - they managed to fix my phone and took a small fee (and it was only charged upon them fixing my phone!) If I have any future issues with my phone I am willing to travel from leicester to go to these guys! Thank you so much!

I've always had such bad luck with phones and never was able to find something fit for purpose when going to the EE store and Carphone Warehouse. I decided to give Fone Revive a go and they were able to find the perfect phone for my needs within my budget. A year and a half later I'm still using the phone and I've not had a single problem. They were friendly, helpful, and at no point did I feel like they were just trying to get money out of me as I have elsewhere. Now I won't go anywhere else for my phone needs!

This was my second time buying from this shop and Shamil has served me both times. Each time I bought a second hand phone ( both phones have been in very good condition) and Shamil was patient with my lack of knowledge, helpful and generous. The only problem is the prices are a bit high.

I bringed iPhone 6 Plus for motherboard replacement. It works good apart form screen because it sometimes didn't respond on what Imdid and it was lifted in left upper corner. I had to press on it in order to use it properly. My second iPhone 6 Plus from which I used motherboard to replace is in worse shape than before because it doesn't charge at all now, home button doesn't work also.
