Jay is very professional with his job and he fixed my phone within a day and he was super nice and willing to listen to me when I urgently need my phone repaired. Had a broken screen that I thought was the end of the phone after dropping it 15ft from second story balcony whilst working managed to repair and fixed the charging port as music wasn’t playing properly and phone wasn’t charging well at the same time. Excellent service polite and kind bloke.

Went in with a phone I'd dropped in water and thought would never work again. The staff were really nice and explained the repair possibilities to me. I left it with them and after 1 day they got back to me and let me know the extent of the liquid damage and advised me what needed to be replaced. I agreed to go ahead with those repairs and within a couple of days I've got my phone back working as good as new!! I'll never be going anywhere else for repairs. Thank you!

I needed a replacement battery for my Samsung S9+ and gave Gadget Doctors a call to inquiry how much this would be. I was pleasantly surprised it was only £30 and could be repaired within an hour! They had to order in my battery replacement but phoned me straight away when they had received it. I dropped my phone off and as stated it was ready within the hour! It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is experiencing issues with their phone. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional throughout! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my phone in to have the screen replaced as it was bleeding and was completly unusable, i was told it would be ready in 2 hours and it was. Absolutely made up that i can use my phone again. After attempting a DIY job on my Galaxy Note8 I took my phone to The Gadget Doctor as I had a couple of issues with it. Gadget Doctor took my phone in and had a look. I got a very prompt and honest opinion as to the problems and the work required together with the likely costs involved. Although I decided that I didn't want to have the repairs done, they didn't charge me for what they had already done. Very friendly and honest service.

friendly and helpful staff. Jay replaced the battery and charging port on my galaxy s8 and it is great to be able to use my phone for more than one hour and to charge it quickly via cable connection. UPDATE: received call from Jay a few days after posting original review, informing me that the Gadget Doctors had been trying to contact me, unsuccessfully, after they received the required part to replace the aux jack which had failed shortly after the charging deck had been replaced. I hadn't saved their number and receive alot of scammer/unsolicited calls currently and as I don't tend to answer unknown numbers I may well have missed their attempts to contact me. My phone has now been fixed again and the new aux jack is working perfectly. USB charging port is working great a month after install. Second Repair was done in a couple of hours free of charge. So all in all I happily recommend these guys for phone repairs and will use their services for any future phone or computer servicing.

The battery was dying on my Samsung Galaxy S8. I didn't really need a new phone so thought about having a new battery fitted. A few weeks before lockdon easing (12/4/21), I sent a number of enquiries to phone repair shops and Jay from GD was the only one to respond. I booked it in for 12/4 and dropped it in to the shop in Shirley High Street, Southampton. I was absolutely amazed by the quality of the repair! I could find no signs of the phone having been opened; it looked like new. Jay explained that GD has high end tools which are far better than the kits available on the web. The price of the repair was not much more than if I had bought a kit and the results FAR better. The phone is back to normal now and the battery lasts for ages. Highly recommended. This will be the shop I shall use in future if I need batteries replacing (or other repairs) for other mobile phones.

I have used Gadget Doctor to fix my laptop and more recently my mobile phone and both times offered a professional and efficient service. Vodafone quoted £180 to fix my mobile but gadget doctor quoted £50 but when he realised he could fix it without the need of a new part only charged me £10! Completely trustworthy and professional. Will now recommend Gadget Doctor to all.
