I went back to Icrack because my Macbook Pro was considered dead. A Macbook repairer in Southsea told me the Motherboard had gone. I took it to the Apple store in Southampton and was told its a "vintage"! model and Apple does not service them. As I left the Apple store I saw the Icrack shop and decided to go in there to get my Macbook. And here I met Junaid who basically sorted it out. This guy knows what needs to be done. And the cost of the repair: £250. I was quoted between £500 to 600 for the repair. elsewhere. I am of the opinion the owners should change the name of the shop from ICRACK to ICAN. Mr Ali delighted me. Scratch that. He impressed me. Forget that too. He wowed me. I have been to other shops and what impressed me about Ali was he treated me as a person.. Not as customer. Not as an iPhone user. A person. That attitude won me over. The service was impeccable. Ali was sorting out another person's phone that had been run over. Yes run over by a car. Ali ensured my situation was resolved. Comparing what he would earn from me and the case he was resolving, I thought to myself, "I will be standing here for a LOOOOOOONG time. Ali set the other customer's repair on track and attended to my needs. I was looking for a case for my iPhone X Max. Ali showed me the different items available and suggested something mid-range. And then he offered an additional discount. I agreed and Ali put the first screen protector and was not impressed with it. He discarded that and replaced it with another. Upon checking the iPhone he put the final protector. And it was evident that he served me at the standard as if that phone belonged either to him or his loved ones. Its doesn't end there. Later that day, I went to see Ali because the phone just did not feel right. Guess what: Ali replaced it with what I had selected and though the new item was £5 more expensive, Ali flatly refused to take the additional £5. ICrack is in 12 towns and cities across the UK. They have earned my custom.

Today I had an appointment at the Apple Shop. However I was REFUSED entry due to not wearing a mask. I am medically exempt and even wear a lanyard. The manager refused entry and offered transactions in the walkway of the precinct ? Or I could make an early appointment. So I told them it was "Medical Apartheid" left and found this amazing ICrack shop instead. The staff were amazing and helped me with my problem on my laptop and replaced my broken screen at a fraction of the cost. Power to the People Not big Corps..
