With emails sent out to other repairers Lewis was the only one to reply and with a great price. He said it will take around an hour to repair so a sit and wait was called for, great comfy seating area, plenty to look at and, I was lucky to be able to watch him take care of my phone. He had finished the repair in less than 40 minutes. A very cheerful chap and was a pleasure to travel to him to mend my phone. Thank you Lewis.

I was quite relieved to fine someone willing to help with issues I had with my phone. My network provider was quite dismissive initially.and I was uncertain where to turn, until someone recommended LWRepairs Lewis was really helpful and respectful. He did manage to sort my phone out with just a minor problem remaining that my network provider sorted out in the end. I would not hesitate to go back as the service was excellent.

I used the online booking facility to make an appointment to get my phone fixed. Unfortunately, Lewis had need for some medical treatment the night before I was due to drop it in and had to cancel. Despite being in hospital, he messaged me from there to apologise and cancel the appointment, at the same time giving me (as best he could) an idea as to when he would be back at work. Now that's what I call customer service and going above and beyond. I used the online booking system again to make an appointment that would be convenient for me, dropped it to the shop and collected it less than 2 hours later - all fixed. I find the online booking facility excellent, as if you know what needs to be done to your device (in my case a new microphone), you select from a drop-down menu and it displays the cost, with no hidden extras. What you see is what you pay. Excellent service, one we won't hesitate to use again when the time comes. Well done, thoroughly recommend.

Lewis completed the screen change on my I-Phone XS quickly and efficiently. I have left a 4 star feedback because of the issue I had post replacement. After the replacement screen was replaced it froze, fortunately because I was about to embark on my holiday I had my spare phone with me, I was able to contact Lewis using my spare phone and he was able to explain what he thought the problem may have been and how to overcome it. It did indeed resolve the issue. Had I not had my spare phone the review would have been 1star as it would've been extremely difficult to have resolved

Absolutely could not fault the service from the guys at LW Repairs. Went in with a dead iPhone. Was given a very clear timescale of diagnostic and repair, potential price and both came well under. Phone was repaired and no new equipment needed. Would have been so easy to have just charged me for a new battery and make more money as I would have had no idea and trusted it to be true given the issue. Instead, It came in a fifth of the price of quoted potential replacement and an hour faster than assumed. So great to know there are still businesses out there that value the customer more a quick buck. Would highly recommend and will be using LW Repairs again in the future.

See update below: Fault with UPS not supplier. Paid for next day delivery, waited in all day for it not to arrive. No updates, no response to query. No tracking offered. Still don't have my item. And no one responding as to where it is. EDIT: Issue turned out to be with UPS. I received a message to say my parcel was at the pick up point as delivery had been attempted. No delivery had been attempted as I had been in all day and no one knocked. When I arrived it wasn't there, a UPS driver turned up immediately after outside so I queried if he knew where it was and he blatantly said no. I waited for him to go into the pick up point and low and behold he dropped it off immediately. Evidently he is not attempting deliveries and is saying parcels are at locations when he hasn't even arrived at them. Laziness and dishonest.
