I went into today and straight away was seen after 02 online was terrible and no help. The colleagues in store were exceptional the guy that discussed my initial enquiry brilliant. Camille (sorry if don't spell name correctly) spent time and her customer service was exceptional. It's a shame you don't offer same offer in branch as online otherwise I would have spent in store. Great staff look after them give them the tools to look after your customers same as online.

I have spent weeks trying to sort out an issue with my phone in relations to bank apps. I have spent hours on the phone to the banks who were of no help whatsoever. Into o2 I go to be greeted by Alfie who resolved the problem within 15 minutes. Seriously can't tell you how happy I am that someone was willing to and did help me. HUGE THANK YOU TO ALFIE

Hello. I had an appointment with the Guru today, September 1st. I was able to go in early. He was exceptionally friendly, courteous and polite and respectful. As I'm an older person I was really impressed. Unfortunately he couldn't sort my phone problem out, which we did have a little bit of banter about 😊 but he has given me advice ( food for thought) regarding my phone tariff. I believe his name is Stefan. Great guy, as they all seem to be in there. Thank you for your time and consideration..

Have just looked through the reviews and it sounds like people have had bad experiences here. I had a mixed experience. I wanted to check out the new OnePlus and spent a while talking about it to a clearly very passionate employee working there! I was persuaded and the next day I went back to actually buy it! It was busy and I had a wait for someone to come and see me. This member of staff was slightly terse, but it was busy. I can see that, if I'd been in a different frame of mind I'd have been put off by a member of staff with that attitude - but, having opinionated staff is I believe, especially with technology, a good thing. It was refreshing to have an honest opinion.

Wanted new phone. What brilliant service at O2. He Went through all the phones and tariffs that suited me, I picked the phone I wanted, Then he gave me a practical walk through of what the phone can do. I'm really pleased with the phone. I do apologise I can't remember the name of the staff member who looked after me. Thanks.

Given that I upgrade my phone a minimum of once a year, I make frequent stops into the o2 West Quay store, and have yet to be disappointed. Whilst the staff are, by virtue of their employer, a little overly attentive in order to comply with their training and KPI demands, they are also friendly and helpful. What more can you ask of a phone contract provider?

Had to pop in on my way home from work to get my sim unlocked and this was the only store open late enough. Not only did I get great service and my phone sorted for free they where so quick I didn't stay long enough to be charged for parking. Very happy and pleased with the service.
