Smashed my phone screen and headed over to see the guys at Repair Labs. I spoke to someone online who said they had the screen ready and gave me price. The people in the shop were professional and had my phone fixed within the hour! Highly recommend them.

I came in to get my phone screen repaired & I was in a rush, as I needed it for my coach ticket fare to go London. I had 40mins to get to my coach. And the dude close the shop & went to work. He installed the screen in about 15mins & it was such a outstanding customer service. Very helpful & definitely recommend for the price too ❤️

Overall very impressed with the service I had recieved from Issac he was very confident and knowledgeable/friendly guy as I had taken a Samsung Tablet (T580) which needed a charging port replaced which I had provided as the old charging port was damaged not charging the tablet atall. It was a very quick turn around as he phoned up me up next day to say your tablet was all done and ready to collect. Was quoted £24 to begin with ended up paying £12 with 3 months warranty to if anything happens.

Repair labs team are the best! Apple Store said the phone doesn't turn at all and I would need to pay £326 for out of service warranty replacement iPhone 6s 😱 - My friend advised me to pop down to repair labs inside asda. They said we will try our best and would try to resolve the issue within 2hrs fingers crossed. When I returned the phone was up and running and only cost £34.99 🙂🙂🙂 plus I didn't lose my contacts/ pictures. Thanks for your help, you guys are the best x

Excellent service!!! Repair Labs has definitely the best and fastest turn around repair service. My Sony phone needed the screen refitting, Repair Labs fixed the problem less than an hour! I dropped my phone a couple of weeks ago. The screen got worse yesterday. Big black stripes down the screen. I couldn't use the touch screen and eventually it was covered in lots of coloured lines. Unable to see anything. I didn't think it would be repairable but I took it into REPAIR LABS in Asda Southampton at 10am and by midday my phone was ready. Looking brand new. New screen and In working order with a new screen protector. Fantastic customer service and at such a great price £65. Highly recommend

Left my phone for two days with them, got charged a £10 for 'service charge' and they did not even bother calling back to notify me when I should pick it up, even though they promised twice. So, I had to call and pick up my phone - they said the phone was all good, but 2 hours later, I cannot charge it at all. Excellent customer service tho!

I came in from quite a distance to this shop and I'm incredibly glad I did. My Pixel wasn't charging or starting. Whilst others might have blamed the issue on faulty wiring (including me, I didn't sleep the night it happened because I thought I was going to have to pay 200£ to fix the damn thing) he isolated the issue as something I would never have thought of. One of the volume buttons was jammed and was forcing a reboot cycle. He unjammed it, charged me 5£ for the service charge and I Ieft with a working phone. If/when I have any other issues with my phone, I will definitely do the trek to see this guy. 5/5 from me.

Went to carphone warehouse, who I pay for insurance, who charged me 30 quid for a claim to fix the head phone jack. Bought it here and the guy played around clearing out fluff from inside for a minuet and boom works perfectly! And didn't charge me! Thanks phone guy! 👍 This place is really brilliant 😊

Great group of lads, saved me loads of money! Phone wasn’t charging and I took it in to get replaced, took it to Apple in the first place and they wanted me to buy a whole new handset, took it to these guys they said that it was just dirty and only charged me for the service. Got my Iphone 6s screen repaired here while I was about the city center; They did an immaculate job and they also put a tempered glass screen protector (for a small fee) keep my phone safe. The staff was very helpful specially Jamai who was the one I had the pleasure to interact with.

had an Iphone 6 with a broken screen. the Apple store at West Quay told me it was unfixable due to an incremental structural bend but that I was more than welcome to buy a new iphone. I told them to sod off and went to this shop. They fixed it in less than one hour and it only cost me 60 pound stirling with a case cover and screen protector. helpful staff and a very pleasureable customer expirience overall. Recommendable!

Ignore the bad reviews. I have had phones repaired here many times and they have never let me down. Fantastic customer service. Always try to complete the repair as quick as they possibly can even when the shop is very busy. I dont go anywhere else thankyou very much!
