Can thoroughly recommend Kerri. Phone wasn't charging and I was convinced it needed a replacement charge port. wife's Samsung Galaxy developed a problem when plugging in the cable charger and the phone was sounding and showing a moisture and debris alert. As you do, we checked on Google for ways to stop this but all suggestions turned out to be completely hopeless. So I went online looking for qualified businesses that were able to work on Samsung devices, and one company sent me an email with a quotation of nearly £200 to correct the problem. Whilst I was browsing the internet I stumbled across a website called Southampton phone repairs and decided to send them a message on the website explaining the problem. I soon received a call back from a very nice lady called Carey who said she would be able to take a look at the device so the following day we dropped my wife's phone over to Carey, who took a quick look at the phone and said that there was definitely no moisture in the phone and the phone charging port was clear of any debris. We left the mobile device with Cary and was quickly contacted the following day letting us know that there was an issue with the charging port and that she would order a new one. The following day she phoned us to inform us that the phone is now working correctly is ready to be picked up and the overall cost is £50, a huge difference from the quotation noted above. Our overall experience with Southampton phone repairs is absolutely excellent, no questions that I would refer Carey to friends and family for repairs to their own devices.

Contacted Kerri by email with a damaged speaker on an iphone 7. Kerri responded quickly with several queries. After a quick diagnosis Kerri informed me that the fault could be fixed and provided me with a cost. The phone was delivered at 3pm 1st Sept and fixed by 12 midday on the 2nd Sept. Great fast fix. Very impressed. The whole experience was very professional and covid friendly. Will definitely contact Kerri in the future with any phone or ipad faults. Thank you Kerri
