Zagroz and the team are very professional took my phone in an S9+ the response was very prompt and reliable. My phone decided to play pranks on me so visited this place through recommendation. Was greeted by a dude with long locks, very cooperative n it seemed he diagnosed the problem just by listening to the issues I stated to him. He solved the issue while I waited at the shop. Took Samsung & LG phone to repair. One with cracked screen and the other button issues. Both repaired to standard and within quoted time frame of 3days. Customer service was very good and prices were cheap camparison to other local phone shops I went to. Wud recommended this place for phone repairs. I phoned the shop, then received more info and photos on whatsapp. I travelled from Merseyside to buy the phones - both exactly as advertised.
