Great value for money, iPhone with smashed screen, other places quoted £50 & £70 but this place did it for £40. Looks like a brand new phone now and fully functional. Location of the place isn't in the best of areas but that probably is a good thing as they clearly pass the savings of a lower rent area onto their customers. The actual place itself is very nicely done and they deliver great service.

3rd time I have used Mob,s. This time was for poor microphone quality. I did not realise that the microphone was part of the charging port that was replaced by themselves 2 weeks ago. No questions. Replaced it under warranty. Great friendly service. Fast repairs. Brilliant

Have visited a few times now. Which for me says alot in itself. Everyone knows that mobile phone shops can be a minefield for allsorts of reasons and some rightly get a hard time!! There are a good set of guys here who are straight talking, know their stuff, and if they can't help for any reason will tell you so, and why. Which also says alot of good! The shop is clean and professional and is covid conscious and can tell by the setup that they are here to stay. Which is also a good statement in itself. Anything to do with phones, tablets etc I would recommend going here. Which is a very big statement for me!! keep it real fellas! Great job 👌.

Such a great helpful company. Marcel advised me about cheap poor quality Chinese Ebay (apparently high capacity) batteries what don't perform. Therefore I purchased one from Mobis and he was right and I'm really pleased with the performance and warranty from it on my iPhone 5s. I took my phone into the shop thinking that it needed a new charging port as it could not be plugged in .l was without my phone over Christmas, bad news to say the least. It took the guy about five seconds to fix it.no charge, he could have had my phone for an hour and changed me for a repair I wouldn't have known any different .he is a top guy in my book, will definitely use mobis phones again .l have already recommend him to three friends.in my book recommendation is better than any advertising. Bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S8 from Mobis a few weeks ago and was a bit worried about the condition it would be in, but it really is in perfect as new condition. Had to contact them regarding the receipt but they were very friendly and helpful on the phone and everything was sorted out. Wish I had found them sooner.

It was such a relief to find this place, I was quoted £180 repair fee by EE and I would of had to send my phone off for 2 weeks! But this place let me know within a day that my phone could not be fixed and they didn't even charge me the £15 they quoted me for repair. Can't praise this place enough. EE is such a rip off. Visited these guys at the weekend to fix my girlfriends phone. She smashed her screen on her iPhone 7+...we were quoted £180 from Timpsons (and weren't able to give an insurance engineers report so we weren't able to claim off the insurance) and EE quoted over £500!!! So quick, reliable, cheap, professional! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Friendly helpful staff, although they could communicate a little better. I've had to go back afterwards as there was still an issue but this was immediately fixed. On another occasion the phone needed less work than quoted for & the price was reduced accordingly on collection. Added 4/10/17 Had a minor problem with a phone & was not charged for the repair. Customers are king here.
