So went into store today after considering changing my phone. Knew what I wanted and just had a couple of questions to ask prior to upgrading. Alex helped me and was very thorough in his answers. I was in and out within less than 20 minutes. Really happy. Thank you all especially Alex.

I purchased an unplanned £299 phone from 02, where the service was second to none. Staff helpful unlike earphone warehouse Staff( 2 female Asian ladies)! rude...chatting to each other had to interrupt for even acknowledgement. Locked out of sons phone. They were blasè, unhelpful ignorant. So they lost out to 02...

Great shop and really helpful, sorted me out with the phone I wanted thene and there, only reason for a lost star is i had to go in a second time in the day, as the staff when the shop opened for the day got quickly taken up, so not really a review on staff and site more a notion that mornings are hard to get seen (on the day I went at least, of course this could of just been one of those days) overall a great experience

The Staff are amazing and so helpful. Very professional. Everytime I go into this store as an o2 customer they have fixed the problem with my phone. 😊

I think the security needs improvement. I went in to get a new upgrade contract phone in April. They didnt ask me for ID. Anyone can memorize a phone number and address. So after confirming everything (I am who I say I am regarding this) I walked out with a £922 phone without showing one piece of ID (which I had with me)
