So I went in this week to buy a new Samsung as my last one unfortunately met a tragic end with my sink🥴. Fortunately for me I met the very lovely Alexa !!! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she also made my whole experience a cheerful, smooth and extremely enjoyable affair. I had a lot of nerves coming into the store as picking a new phone is never an easy task however I am know extremely happy!! Thank you Alexa and the 3 team!!

Paul was especially helpful, he sorted the transfer of data, etc and changed me to a cheaper price plan! Great job, I was in there over an hour with him helping me. Very impressed with his customer service - give that guy a raise or a promotion! He was brilliant!

Today I visited the Three store in the potteries shopping ccentre.I was greeted by the store manager Gavin who was extremely helpful and reassured me that they could help me with a new contract. After sitting down with one of his colleagues I was so happy with the service provided and will definitely recommend my friends to pop in really friendly staff. 🙂

I visited Three store in Hanley last week and was looking for a new contract as currently with Vodafone. I was greeted my Gavin who was really knowledgable and was really able to understand what I was looking for. He then handed me over to one of his colleagues who was able to set me up with a great deal and also discussed my broadband which hopefully I can come back and sort when my renewal is due👍

Received great service the member of staff was really knowledgeable. I was looking for a new contract allowing me to make calls abroad the member of staff was really helpful and was able to sit down and show me numerous handsets that met my needs and showed me all the features available. Couple weeks ago I came into the store with an issue about my device and I believe it was the manager that checked my account and realised I was able to upgrade to a new phone and I did! I visited the Three store in Hanley to look at options available to me as I wanted a new phone to browse online and text. I was served by the manager Gavin Davies who was extremely knowledgeable and his customer service was fantastic, I wasn't sure what I wanted but after looking at several phones and the different plans available i went away very happy hoping to return with my wife when her contract finishes.

I was extremely happy with the service I received by Adam at the Three Store he was alot more personal then the other stores I visited. He asked me lots of questions to help me with my decision. Went into Three store as had mega problem with contract. Store manager Gavin spent an hour getting ALL the info from us and suggested a resolution but it couldnt be done for a week till contract end. Returned today. It took a couple of hours to resolve but Gavin has sorted it all to our satisfaction. The only reason it took time to resolve was because of the Three customer services line being so busy - certainly not the store. The staff are ALL great - even the staff not dealing with us directly were really friendly & smiling. Gavin deserves a medal for his patience and determination to get things sorted for us! I cant thank the team at Three Hanley enough and I hope our gratitude is fed back to the manager.

I went into the Hanley Three store as I was due an upgrade, and I didn't know what Handset would suit me. The staff really helped me to choose the right handset for me as I wanted to avoid Apple this time around. I was very impressed with my experience in the store today, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the store had a nice atmosphere. I would give 10 stars if I could.

After having a nightmare with Three customer services last week I visited the Hanley store to speak to somebody about my daughter's contract as she was having so many issues with her internet connection. I spoke to Gavin who was able to help us out and speak to customer services on our behalf to get the issue sorted.. Gavin was very apologetic about my wait and in hindsight arranged for my phone to be fixed directly through three. I bought my phone online but I will definitely visit the store in future due to the service I received. Would highly recommend to AVOID the call centres and to use this store! Thank you Gavin.

I have a mobile Wi-Fi which I use in my caravan in the summer, last year I paid EE £45.00 for 3 months.purchase another plan in April was not told I would lose half data allowance after 4 weeks then today they tried to put me on a plan at 12.00 per month as stopped doing 90 day plan.i went to Three today Paul dealt with me, I have a 12 mth plan for £40.00 and Paul was so helpful set everything up for me,he is a really helpful person.
