I recently bought a reconditioned phone from TPS and once again can't praise their service enough. As I'm a bit of an novice with technology as Chris well knows he spent quite some time explaining everything. This is the second time I have bought a reconditioned phone from him and would certainly recommend TPS for their excellent service. Well done guys .👏👏

Long overdue review but I dropped off an S9 with a charge & headphone port which were both (I thought) beyond repair. I was met with great Customer Service, a price which was cheaper than my insurance excess (deffo worth checking). Prompt resolution & again great service when picking up. Great staff, great service, clean & tidy store and great & honest pricing. Couldn't ask for more.

Had my Samsung Galaxy S7 screen replaced. Although not cheap it was a genuine Samsung screen and the fit was as it was from the factory. Part was ordered same day and phone was ready for collection the following day. Connor was very friendly and polite. Will be using Total Phone Solutions from now on.

I came up to stoke for a week away from london and as always something goes wrong well this time it was my phone, after searching on google I found total phone and from the start the customer service was amazing. I dropped the phone in the same day and they done their best to get it back before I left to come home but unfortunately it could not be done as the whole screen had to be change. Chris had made me feel relaxed after he said they will send it by dpd as soon as it was done. I got my phone back monday this week in prefect working conditions and fixed and looking new. Even knowing they are in stoke am more then happy to send my phone back to them at any time. But hoping I dont need to. Thank you guys.

Review from Carl Kelsall...awesome service again. Having had my secondhand iPhone 5 unlocked ov twelve months ago by you the battery started to have charging problems (obviously not linked to the unlocking). I called in on Saturday and enquired whether you could fit a battery, to be told there would be one in stock on Monday. I called in on Tuesday to be to,d it would take 3/4 of an hour, and after exactly that time I was presented with a new battery in the phone, no issues and a twelve month warranty all for £20, which was cheaper than a new phone, which I don't need. Excellent service yet again gents, thank you, highly recommended.

Took my Iphone in which wouldn't charge anymore , they were very helpful and told me to come back in a couple of hours when I returned the phone was working again it needed a replacement battery and for no extra charge the battery port was cleaned too. I was impressed with the quality service , excellent price and friendly attitude . I would use them again for sure

According to samsung they couldn't repair the speaker my phone as it was a Malaysian samsung, i would have to send it off and be without my phone, they estimated it would cost about £90, took it around the corner to TPS, they ordered me the part i needed and repaired it for £35, didnt need to send my phone off in the post and was only seperated from my phone for a couple of hours, cheers guys
