Naomi in the o2 store in Morfa retail park, was absolutely amazing... helped me set up and transfer from phone to phone!!!! Everyone needs to go to her!!!

Went over there as i was sent a 4g sim instead of the 5g one, the two guys were really helpful, sorted my new sim, sorted the settings and changed over the sim for me, couldnt have done more, really pleased and now i am getting 140Mbps speeds at home, brilliant result and brilliant service, a credit to O2

The best experience I've had when purchasing a phone, staff ( Naomi, Tanzin and Kieran) were so bubbly and informative about my decision that I almost didn't want to leave as they had such a good vibe. Even though I had a million and one questions they had an answer for every one of them and did so in such a warm and welcoming way. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone looking to change contract or phone!

Amazing store. Nigel goes above and beyond for all customers. He really helped me decide what phone was best. As I like taking photographs on my phone so camera features were definitely needed. Nigel also helped me fine the right package and has said if I'm ever stuck to call in again and he'll be sure to help.

Called into the store just after its opening, as i was thinking of changing my hand set. I wanted to ask questions but not be pushed into making a change. The staff member 'Amber' was very pleasant and very informative, she listened to my questions (I'm a bit dull when it comes to phone tech) and answered them simply. She then asked me a few question about what I wanted from a phone. She didn't push me to a particular brand, but pointed out a few that matched my needs. We made a decision that I was very happy with. In would highly recommend this store. As well as informative staff, it's very bright and easy to look around in there.

We wandered in to the shop and were very impressed with the friendlyness of all the staff. We were served by Keiron and not only did he know what he was talking about, but you could see that he had a passion for phones. Been with o2 for a few years now and cannot fault them and the service I get at this branch is always exceptional (previously fforestfach branch). This time round I went to the shop with my partner to upgrade her old contract as she wanted a new phone, the sales assistant (Keiran I believe) showed us around a few phones that suited her needs and budget best. We settled on a (huawei mate 20 pro) due to the amazing deal they currently have on these phones. He made the whole process hassle free and fully informative talked us through all the possible data plans and insurance policies taking into account previous data usage, we did upgrade the data on this occasion due to the fact she's probably going to be on her phone alot now (you know what it's like when you get a new bit of tech) but we never felt pressured into spending more and more just felt like he was trying to find the best option for us. Altogether it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely be using this branch again. I hope this sales assistant gets the recognition that he deserves as he is most definitely a asset to the shop and the business as a whole.
