J. M.Always a clean and tidy store. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They give you the time you need, without making you feel like you're being rushed. You get their undevided attention, whilst they're serving you.

J. H.I am on EEK so I pop in whenever you have a problem. They are very knowledgeable and always work out a solution. Only problem the store can get very busy so be prepared to wait.
M. R.Would have received 5 stars if there were more staff, but customers were told that they were short staffed on this particular day. (Monday 28th July 2014).
Jason (Yiu?) was extremely helpful even though he was obviously under immense pressure to serve, advise and assist sutomers AND staff.
Although my particular enquiry was not exactly mind-blowingingly technical (I am a "techno-ignoramous" I'm afraid!), he was so helpful and patient.
I would definitely recommend seeking assistance from him if you need advice on EE/Orange/TMobile etc info.
