Fast repair. Lot of phone repair Businesses take their phone repair jobs here. How do I know? Handed my phone in downtown. Went up to Phone Fixers to buy cheap phone. The guy I gave my phone to walked in with my phone. LOL! Budget, good quality. Repaired my screen and Battery while I sat and waited.

Phone fixers have fixed my phone screen 3 times because I am that clumsy!! And they have done it quickly and at a good price. Now recently my phone wouldn't turn on. We thought it was the battery but it was a loose connection, they were honest about the problem, and I got it back the same day at a great price... with a charged battery!! bonus 🙂

I experienced their service for an iPhone XS screen replacement. I ordered a screen in which took longer than I would have hoped to arrive (ordered Sat arrived Thu) but they were apologetic and gave me a free screen protector to say sorry. Staff member was very friendly and helpful, work was quick and a week later no issues. Would use again and recommend

After calling a few phone repair shops asking how much to change the battery on my iPhone 6s I was quoted £50 plus!! So I rang phone fixers and was quoted £20 or £25 (depending on what battery I wanted) half the price of everybody else!! Was fixed in under a hour, a few days later I was having problems with the charging port so I went back thinking I would need a new charging port, handed my phone over only to see him pull a lump of fluff out of the port, they could of easily ripped me off and charged me as I would not of known any difference!! There honest, fairly priced and always willing to help!! Will be getting my iPhone X fixed there asap!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolutely brilliant but can’t give them the 10 stars they deserve. Friendly professional and proficient. I was even 50p short (cos my card didn’t work and had to pay in cash ). No problem response from the lovely young man serving and the first guy was equally charming. I don’t usually do reviews but these chaps deserve it. Half the price others quoted and done in almost half the estimated time. Won’t take my iPad or phone anywhere else now.THANK YOU

Visited the Swindon store to have the damaged screen on my daughters iPhone 5c replaced. Work carried out in an hour, looks great and for a reasonable price of £30. Frank was friendly and extremely helpful. The store also has a great range of chargers, cables, protective covers and other accessories, glad I found this store, definitely recommend and will happily use again.

5 stars is not a high enough rating to give to Phone fixers for the exceptional service they offer. They have done repairs for me and my friends in the past and i would not go anywhere else. The repair service they offer along with there customer service skills are outstanding. They always makes you feel welcome and tell you exactly how much the repair is going to cost, and i have to say his pricing is extremely good. Thank you for your great service that you have given myself and my friends, the high standards that you deliver are very hard to come by.

Had a battery replaced a few months back which was a good price. Unfortunately battery went faulty, popped in on the off chance and new battery replaced foc within a few hours. Can't fault these guys, always very friendly too.

Mixed experience but positive on the whole. My phone (Google Nexus 6P) needed a new battery as it was discharging after less than 2 hours of light use. I contacted Phone Fixers by email and was given a quote (a reasonable £39 including the cost of the battery) and told I could come in on any Tuesday to pay a deposit, and the battery could be fitted in an hour on the Thursday of the same week. I took my phone into the Chippenham store as it was near work, only to find it was shut (although I was well within the opening hours). The following Tuesday I took it to Swindon and paid my deposit, only to find when I returned on the Thursday of that week that they hadn't managed to get my battery and so couldn't do the job. I had left my phone number so a call would have been good to save a wasted journey to Swindon. The following week I took the phone back in and they had got the battery. I was told it would be ready in an hour, but in the end it took an hour and a half before it was finished - although to be fair part of that was due to the shop being rather busy at that time. On the plus side the new battery seems to work fine and the phone shows no signs of having been opened. I just wish I hadn't had those two wasted journeys. In the end it took three weeks to get the battery changed, which was OK for me as my phone did just about work, but if my battery had been completely dead it would have been a real pain.

A smashed phone screen is never good news. The staff were friendly and helpful. My Nexus 5x is not a common phone, but they were able to get a new screen within 48 hours. The screen itself was replaced while I waited in less than an hour and the phone thoroughly tested before it was returned to me. The price was great too.

I went in to phone fixers today to get my phone unlocked and have a glass screen protector fitted, they pointed out I had a broken camera lense and that it can be fixed quite cheaply which was brilliant! I went for some food and when I returned my phone was as good as new ... bang tidy.
