It was a great experience with Abdu the staff in silicon valley, my phone screen was broken, I tried many shops, I would say he was so sincere, understood my problem and give me the phone repaired very soon and good customer service. When my headset wire got stuck in my xbox controller these guys were able too carefully take it apart order and replace a needing part and fix it within a decent timeframe! I've also today purchased a new mobile from here highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Silicon Valley to anyone based on my experience. My parents had an issue with their Ipad home button not working, I popped in as I was in Wellington to ask for advice and if this was something that could be fixed. I was assured that this could be fixed by a very pleasant young man who instilled confidence in me with his knowledge and professional approach. The part required was ordered in and as promised I was contacted to let me know the part was in. I took the Ipad in and was instantly recognised, which was nice. The repair was done very quickly and once again I was contacted as promised and when I went to collect it, the young man recognised me and proceeded to get the Ipad and talk me through the repair. Going forward if I have any issue with my Ipads / Phones I will not hesitate to take them in here for repair.
