t. p.Awesome. Had a problem with an imported phone not picking up 4g, and had spent hours trying to find solutions online. Phone Tech was the 4th phone shop in Truro I tried for technical help - the rest had no idea, or told me it couldn't be done. This guy had it fixed almost before I'd finished explaining what the problem was. Don't go anywhere else!

Very happy and they even chucked me in a free tempered glass too. Highly recommend, fantastic customer services, lovely range of products.

The technician found that there was also water ingress which he sorted out for free. Also bought a phone case which he discounted. I never leave reviews because I am too lazy tbh but had to on this occasion. I hopefully will never use this establishment again for repairs........but knowing my daughter I will be back again !

A. R.Phone tech is the best place to go in Cornwall for anything to do with mobile phones. They have every phone case for every model and can repair almost every phone there is out there. Ollie is so so helpful! he managed to sell me a phone at the cheapest price in Truro compared to all the other phones shops and he even gave me a free case and screen protector for it. 2 weeks later I managed to drop the phone down some concrete stairs and smash the front glass, so I went back to him to see if he could repair it. Not only did he manage to fix it within 25 minutes, he also gave me 40% off as I only just purchased the phone 2 weeks before. Thankyou very much and I will be returning when I need to upgrade my phone:)

Days! The guy (sorry, I didn't catch your name) was amazing! We left the phone for about 10 mins with him, not expecting anything to be able to be done with it.
