Amazing service, excellent caring customer care. I took a hand set belonging to a child who has come over from Ukraine. I explained what the problem was we had with the hand set, communication excellent, kept informed and it turned out to be much cheaper from where we initially took the handset. When we picked the phone up the staff patiently explained what they had repaired and replaced. I know for certain I will be a returning customer. Very trustworthy service. Thank you very much.

Took my grandsons phone in last week with a broken screen. Repair was done in just over an hour. With a screen protector and protective case added the phone is like new. Honest guys won’t charge you for something you don’t need, went in convinced I needed a new charging port for my iPhone turns it out it just needed cleaning. They cleaned it and sent me on my way, works perfectly fine now.

It is rare that customer service can take you by such surprise for all the right reasons. But today I called in to Cell Tech as it was very difficult to hear people talk on my iphone. The technician told me that my problem was a very technical one indeed - that the inside of the speaker needed a clean!! A few minutes later my phone was returned to me in full working order. The data port on my TomTom became loose and unresponsive so i contacted Cell Tech for a quote which seemed perfectly reasonable when told . They were able to repair it the following day much to my surprise . This was completed quickly and efficiently and no more than 4 hours later i was able to collect it . Took my i-phone 6 today to have a new charger socket fitted at a cost of £25, which is £10 cheaper than the norm. They took my phone away, sprayed something inside it & cleaned it out with a pointy thing, fixing the problem I had. They basically lost a sale as they wouldn't take any money from me. Rare you'll get service like that nowadays. I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Had a Samsung S8 which was dropped in a swimming pool by our son, this resulted in the call volume being so low you could hardly hear it, after trying several shop non of which could fix and tried telling us we needed a new phone(then tried selling us one) we then tried Cell Tech, they had the phone fixed and back to us in 2 hrs at a cost of £35, absolutely brilliant not only have they saved us a few hundred pound on a new handset the service was fantastic and the people in the shop were great, professional and friendly. Will deffinatly be taking any phones or tablets here if we have a problem with them before buying a new one. Could not recommend this shop any more. Again if you work in this shop thanks again for the phone fix, brilliant!

Would just like to say a big "Thank you" to John at Cell Tech for the service I received when Icalled in for a new flip case and protective screen for my new mobile. (Saving me a bus trip into town) He fitted the screen, but not having a suitable flip-case said he'd order one and txt me when it was in. Good to his word, he did so a couple of days later. I've used this place on several occasions and have always been impressed by the efficiency and pricing. Today I went in with a device in which the mini SD card had got jammed and they sorted it within minutes without charge. A few months ago, I went in with a much bigger job; my "bridge" camera's zoom would no longer work because I'd got sand in it when on the beach. A friend, who's an expert photographer, said it would probably be cheaper to buy a new camera, but I took it to Celltech and it was repaired within 24 hours and for a price that was only a fraction of the value of the camera. The gentleman who did it said that it was very complicated as it meant having to dismantle intricate parts of the device. I have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

I called Celltech at around 2:15pm this afternoon to ask about getting my Samsung S6 screen repaired as I stupidly dropped it at Easter and the screen cracked. The man on the phone had a great manner and was really helpful regarding prices. I work in Warrington and so used the rapid call out service. A nice lady came to where I work, picked up my phone, and it was fixed within an hour and delivered back to me :). Feels like I've got a brand new phone again now. I'm dead happy with the service!

Can't recommend them enough! They did a great job repairing my phone screen and then replaced the battery the following week when the part arrived in stock. In the meantime the phone stopped working. They tried to fix it as we thought it could be a firmware issue but I conceded that the phone had finally had it. They offered to try another new battery in case this was the problem or refund me the money for the parts I had previously bought. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. It's not the first time I've been there and won't be the last. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

They were really accommodating to me. I initially got the LCD screen repair - but i found the quality quite poor and after 2 days it stopped responding. Upon emailing them they got back to me saying they would replace it and i asked if i could pay the difference to the OEM screen and they were quite happy to agree. Not a lot of places would be that supportive. Would only suggest that their opening hours could be better but perhaps there is little demand for later hours.

I visited Cell Tech in Stockton Heath having been to them once before for advice. I took in a phone to get a price for some repair work and what they would recommend for me with regards to the work that needed doing to the phone. The staff were extremely helpful and gave me all the relevant prices and advice for what could potentially be the problem (also being completely honest that the phone may be irreparable). I left the phone with them and they conducted and inspection on it. I got a text a few hours later to say the phone was ready for collection. Upon ringing the shop to see what had been done to the phone, the lady explained they had found the fault and fixed it already and the phone was up and running! Recently took my phone to Apple to have a new battery put in and after getting home and testing everything out I realised my WiFi wasn’t working. When I went back and told them they told me I’d have to leave my phone with them overnight so they could take a look, and then another night if they were needed to fix something. They also told me there would be a cost for the repair despite it being their fault it wasn’t working. I left the shop and decided to take it to Cell Tech instead to see what they had to say. I left it with them while I went to get a coffee and when I came back they explained that something had been snapped inside and they had repaired it (for a fraction of the cost Apple would have charged me). Cannot recommend Cell Tech and their friendly staff enough!

I cannot recommend the lovely people at Celltech enough. After having a running battle with both O2 and Samsung re a charger port problem on my Galaxy S6 that is less than 5 months old, I took the phone to Celltech as a last resort. I was given honest, no frills info and promised a response within 24 hours after their engineer had looked at it. On ringing for an update I was told the phone had been fixed - to say my flabber was ghasted is an understatement, not only was it fixed but there was no charge for their work....O2 had said they would need a payment of £67.00 to "fix the problem" - I will be addressing that with them but, back to my review. So my last phone I had for 7 years, went travelling and everything and didn't smash it once.(Just putting this out there to make a point) Finally get a new phone and smashed the screen within a month, obviously heartbroken. Went and got it fixed by a place down the road, something felt different but I couldn't tell what. Assumed it was guilt. One month later smashed it again(from dropping it from knee height)..... Got it fixed again, same place and the flash no longer worked; stopping the camera from working. Obviously, smashed it again a few months later, so I decided to get a quote for screen and flash... Extortionate and was told that both camera and flash had to be replaced. Held off on it due to it costing more than a weeks wages and I was convinced that I was being given weaker screens because I'm not a clutz and I look after my possesions. Luckily came home to Warrington for the weekend, read reviews and just left my phone with cell tech for an hour. Came back, camera was perfect the screen felt normal again. Price was beyond reasonable and I dropped my phone out of my car window 2 days ago and nothing happened. Absolutely cracking company. Honest, quick, efficient. Most of all real, and good at what they do not like some of the scammers out there. Cant thankyou enough!!
