I have recently had my iPhone 11 fixed at iTechU. I was extremely happy with the service I received. My phone screen was very badly smashed and within an hour it was fixed and looked as good as new. Was Really happy with the price and quality! I would highly recommend iTechU and would use them for any repairs.

Brought my iPad Air 2 to the iTechU shop due to it not charging. It was diagnosed with needing a new charging port within a few hours it was fixed and charging again! I was very pleased with the price of the repair! Also I bought a hydrogel for my iPad to protect it. I would highly recommend anyone to get a hydrogel screen protector, it’s been a life saver! Will be bringing my Apple watch to get a hydrogel on there soon too! Thanks iTechU! 5 stars.

I have used itechu for the past year, having devices repaired and buying accessories etc, all things come with a 12 month warranty, which is not like anywhere else if experienced over the years. I Recently purchased a 4th gen iPad Pro from here also at a steal of a price. Will most certainly be mine and my family’s go to placed for any tech stuff going forward. 10 stars if I could give, extremely happy. Thanks guys :) HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

Being a person who tends to break their phone pretty often, I have visited my fair share of phone repair companies. This was by far my best experience! The price is very competitive (especially when considering there is a 12 month guarantee), but it was the service that stood out for me. After explaining to Luke that I was going on holiday in the early hours of the next morning, he was super accommodating, fitting me in just a few minutes after I rang with my issue despite the fact that the shop was meant to close, and repairing my phone within 30 minutes. He also went above and beyond, looking at my phone and not only fixing my screen as asked but mending other problems too that I didn't even know existed. It was clear that he genuinely tried enjoyed providing the best possible service that he could. I would honestly recommend this place to all. Thank you again Luke!

I went in this morning for a case and a screen protector and was not disappointed! Luke and his colleague were both very helpful with which case and screen protector I would need for my iPhone 12. on top of this the prices were good and the screen protector and case were both fitted in under 10 minutes. Fantastic service, Iv taken devices here from other shops that could not be repaired, one was with damaged caused by another shop and Luke was absolutely awesome he got 3/4 of them back to life for a lot less than I expected. Recently my daughter dropped her iPhone XR and we wasn’t sure where to take it to get repaired. When I was trying to find a place to get fixed I came across the iTechU on Facebook. We brought the phone to the shop the same day and it was repaired within less than 2 hours. They also sell phones at a great price which was a bonus as my younger daughter was in need of upgrading to a new phone. We purchased a iPhone 8 in perfect condition and got a free case with it too. I cannot compliment iTechU enough! Luke the owner took time to explain the difference between various phones as I don’t have a clue. My battery was dying, my phone was freezing, my screen was damaged and I thought I would have to pay a fortune for a new iPhone. Luke transfered all my data to a new iPhone S with a protective cover and a new case for a fraction of what I thought I would have to spend.Luke also offered to buy the phone back when I’m ready to upgrade in the future. What a hidden gem this place is. I loved I could park right outside his shop and didn’t have to park in a car park. I have already told my friends and family Luke is highly experienced, speedy, efficient, and you won’t believe the price. Check it out for yourself . What a great guy. I have had 2 devices fixed by Luke so far. Previously I took my iPhone to another phone repairing shop in Latchford where the screen quality was poor comparing to when I brought it to Luke at iTechU. I have had two screen replacements on both of my iPhones and they were fixed to perfection. I Highly recommend iTechU for any repairs to anyone. With my repair I also got hydrogel screen protector for £10 which was fitted quickly and nicely by Lukes assistant Tiara. So far its brilliant and my phone has maximum protection so no more rubbish screen protectors for me! Very kind and friendly service, highly satisfied and would go back.

I only have great experience with iTEchU I bought a ipad I October my fault I never checked it and it was locked when I tried to set it up in the 20th of December I called the shop and without hesitation they swapped the ipad and saved my sons Christmas and made him so happy as he loves the ipad I wouldn't recommend anywhere else thanks again have a great new year.
