After 17 phone calls to various people at 3 still couldn't resolve my problem. New dongle delivered but couldn't get it to work 3 replaced it still wouldn't work sent a new sim still wouldn't work nearly 2 weeks without the Internet called into see Claire at the shop a miracle working within minutes. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome. She is awesome Thank you SO much Gill n Peter Rhodes ❤

Great experience, I needed a upgrade to my sym only deal, as I had inherited a phone from my daughter as she had got a new one . Jaycee was great and handled the upgrade with ease,within 20 Mins I was leaving the shop happy with my new deal and Jaycee also fitted the new Sym for me in a jiffy . Well done and great service which I will be using again when I need to upgrade next . :)

Visited the store on feb the 26th to upgrade my phone was met by one of the staff who directed me to the right person to deal with my visit. Clare talked me through everything and helped me choose the phone best suited for me and at the price I was looking to pay. She also transferred all my data from my old phone to my new one. Service excellent I'm now enjoying my new phone no fuss no drama's. Thanks to the staff in store specially Clare.

Friendly staff went out of their way to help my partner with her new contract. Staff also popped into the back to find old display phones for my son to play with. Will definitely be back when my contract is due.
