Excellent service in terms of screen replacement on my phone. This was all completed within one day. Only thing I would say is that the sales push is a little off putting. I expected it on arrival and I know the staff are targeted for sales but it can be annoying when all you want is just to get what you asked for when you go in the shop.

I wanted to buy a Samsung Flip and was going crazy by going to different stores but due to some reason or the other I was not able to get it so finally I decided to go to EE watford as it is closer to my place and the reviews were really nice.. To my surprise I was not disappointed and was attended by a lovely girl called Ottavia(I hope I am writing her name correctly). She was super friendly and positive that I really enjoyed the whole process of purchasing a phone from them.. She even made an effort of working out the best deal for me.. The store in itself had a very positive vibe.. Really want to thank her for such a lovely experience😊

Me and my mum went to the ee store to get an upgrade done to get a Samsung s20. Shahid who is an employee in the Watford ee store was really polite and helped us get the upgrade done. He also helped us change WiFi broadbands to ee as it was a cheaper option to the one we were already in with different broadband. Shahid and the ee store manager gave us the answers to all the questions we asked and we really helpful. I would highly recommend the Watford ee store and the store is lucky to have a employee like Shahid.

I think the bad reviews on here are a bit unfair. I had an excellent experience at EE store at Intu in Watford. I got new phones for both my daughters and Ollie served us. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I wonder if the bad reviews are left by competitors.

Google Maps take note. The Harlequin Centre is no more, not for years in fact, it's now ATRIA after being INTU for a few years. Anyway, the EE shop in ATRIA gives great value for money service. I purchased a phone that I wasn't happy with (after 4 months). Normally I'd have been stuck with it or had to buy out my contract. Nick the manager was very kind by swapping out the phone and I never lost a penny. Sonal the sales assistant was wonderful, and an angel in fact. She went out of her way to help. What more can I say? Cup of coffee maybe? 🙂
