I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 7 & the top half of the display was also unresponsive to touch commands. I was working in Watford, so searched phone repair shops nearby & this one came up and had a lot of positive reviews. I popped in, they looked at my phone, took my details and then within the hour they had replaced the screen and applied a protective cover! My daughter's Nexus 7 tablet was in a sorry state of repair when I took it to Gadget Clinic. By the time they had finished with it, it was as good as new and all for a great price. Highly recommend their repair service, replaced the battery and motherboard on my surface pro 4, everyone else I spoke to advised they would need to replace the screen also or wouldn't take responsibility for breaking it to complete the repair, but gadget clinic completed the repair with no problems and for a reasonable price

Took my iPhone along to have one of the camera lens covers replaced as I'd cracked it. They repaired it but the phone now says 'Unable to Verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple camera'. No solution was offered to this problem - just 'I don't understand this' so I left as an unhappy customer. Yes they replaced the lens cover but they've left me with another issue.

i took both of my tabs intue Watford , another gadget shop . They took both of my tabs and told me they would be repaired for me within 3 days I waited 6 days , they did not even have the decency to ring me back and tell me they couldn’t get them repaired . Dropped my Samsung phone which cracked the back but all was fine.....until it didnt charge overnight!! Tried to investigate but battery died. So I took it to Gadget Clinic (St Albans Road). Got parked round the back off of Balmoral Road. Lady was polite and helpful and I left for diagnostics. Few days later had call saying it was ready and just needed new battery. They kept it an extra day to check it was only battery and would charge and discharge correctly etc. Diag costs come off final bill and I was more than happy with the price - so highly recommend this place if you have issues with your phone damaged or not charging etc. I would certainly use again but hope I dont need to!!! My husband went into the shop yesterday. His Iphone SE had stopped charging. He had spoken to a couple of mobile repair companies who said the charging port needed replacing, and was quoted some high prices. He went to Gadget Clinic who fixed the problem in under a minute. He was told that the charging port was ok and just needed a clean. He asked how much he should pay, but was told that as there was no fault, it was on the house. He does wonder how many other companies would have done the same. He also has no hesitation in recommending anyone to visit the shop.

Took my iPhone 6S here to get the LCD screen repaired after smashing it. The staff/owners are friendly and had the phone fixed after only an hour. The only reason for a 4 rather than 5 star review is that the cost was £70 whilst their website advertises it at £60 (they say they are updating this) and also the parking is a bit tricky round there due to the location.

I have used GADGET CLINC three times in recent months, each time the work was turned around in 24 hours. No 1 charging port replaced on my tablet, the 2nd I had my laptop upgraded to Windows 10 and the third time my wife's laptop was also upgraded to windaws 10 plus a new upgraded hard disc drive was fitted. I had a really tricky problem with my fairly obscure Motorola phone, I had some plastic jammed in the sim card slot. I thought it was unfixable but took it to GadgetClinic as a last shot at a fix. Not only did they manage to get the plastic out but resoldered the pins I had broken. The phone is now as good as new. Cost £30 which is excellent value for that kind of complicated work.
