S. m.Went for an upgrade there at Watford high street. There is one particular person who exceed my expectations and really delivered a great customer service his name is Christian, who is knowledgeable and very professional. He assisted Joven who dealt with my upgrade, but I have to come back the following day and asked for him when I came two days after to finished my transaction as I wanted to continue what I have to get and he is the only one who knew what tariff is better for me and will give me a better deal. The shop were busy at that time but they personalised their service and did not rushed me on making my decision. Thank you so much as this is the very first time I had this kind of service and I been with O2 for such a long time. You need more staff like Christian, to retain your loyal customer.

H. K.I visited the store on Saturday 12th February after my phone was stolen out of my pocket in Zara. I was approached by Jordon and Meera who asked if I needed some help, after telling them both my phone had been stolen and that I needed another chip they couldn’t have been nicer to me!! They took the time to chat with me and showed compassion and empathy. I left the store with my new phone chip and plenty of laughs! My husband thanks them too as he said I left smiling and happy!
