I received a very friendly and professional service from the Fone shop. Dealt with two different staff members who were very helpful and provided a quick and good value service. I would recommend and would not hesitate to return should I need a future repair!

I would highly recommend this place for any electronics that you want to get fixed. GREAT PRICE & GREAT SERVICE. My friend had issues with his PlayStation 4 Pro and we went to this place where the staff were super kind and handled our item with great care. A staff named Hassan who repaired the console within 2 hours and also explained what needed to be repaired additionally provided us with extra knowledge in order to prevent the same problem in the future.

I dropped my iPhone into see water on holiday. It was damaged beyond repair, I thought I had lost all my pictures, videos and memories. The guys at the shop arranged for the iPhone to be sent to an external lab to pull all my data off the dead iPhone and upload it to a new phone. They we’re very helpful, great communication with timely updates. 5* service as no other shop and even apple said there was no way of retrieving the data.

Phone got run over and still going strong! I'm so sorry, I can't remember the guys name who fixed my huwaei p30 pro screen, but you know who you are!!! Thank you for doing a brilliant and thorough job! I think people have to be fair to understand unforeseen circumstances when getting a phone fixed. Decent price and got a few parts in to test to make sure he fitted the right one as a lot of suppliers and parts out there and not all legit. There was a slight issue with signal antenna board thing on the new casing but he replaced it for me at no extra cost. Unfortunately the camera lens was cracked and we didn't realise. Would have been great to check that next time but an easy miss for sure. A great job regardless. Thank you man 👊

I took my phone in for them to replace my battery (supplied by myself). This took a few hours and cost £20. Everything was good. I took my TomTom satnav 6250 Pro in to have the battery replaced (supplied by myself) because it didn't hold a charge even though the satnav worked. I paid a £20 labour charge for the job. To open these units isn't easy but it was done without marks being left. Unfortunately the new battery appeared to be dud so the job had to be done again. I've since been informed that the job has been completed, this time it cost me another £20. I'll update this review after I pick it up. Update: Unfortunately, all that was on the screen was a flashing orange battery icon. He (Hasan) said bring it back which I did. After doing the job again he told me that he'd put one of his own TomTom batteries into the unit. So I took it away hoping all was well. The unit is definitely better and the battery now holds a tiny charge. Anyway, Hasan is a nice guy, at least he tried but he still charged me double. The phone repair operation is separate from him since he looks after the computers side.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Gaurav @ The Fone Shop in Watford. My phone required a new LCD which he ordered and whilst it sorted out the issues with the phone, I was not able to make calls from my mobile. Gaurav advised that he tried other sim cards and the phone was able to make outgoing calls. He asked me to leave my phone at the shop and ordered another LCD from another supplier which they paid extra to get delivery this morning. I was given a replacement phone in the interim. The new LCD worked and my phone is in proper working order. I was impressed with their service and perseverance to get my phone working. Thank you Gaurav.

I was so upset that my very loved 5 years old mini iPad 2 had simply stopped working and was not charging . I spoke to Adil and he asked me to drop in the iPad. He noticed the connector was loose and needed to be replaced. He said it would take 2 days. I had to return twice to resolve the issue but felt very happy and very confident with the repair. My little mini iPad was in safe hands. I was charged £45 for a repair. The service was excellent. I have recommended this place to everyone I know. I had researched my repair by going to so many repair shops in Beds, Herts and Bucks. This was by far the most confident repair shop. I felt my iPad would be carefully repaired and the backup service was simply excellent. Very happy. I also went out and bought the new iPad gold which is great but just loved my iPad mini 2.

I have been having problems with my phone. I went to the 02 shop who said that if they sent it off for repairs it could cost me and all my numbers and everything stored in my phone would be deleted. They then suggested I go to the fone shop opposite boots. Adil fiddled about with my phone for about 10 seconds and now it is all working fine. He did not charge me for this and I am writing this review as feel I have to do something in return. Thanks very much.

Great shop for selling your phone, laptop and consoles and repairing or buying new gadgets I had very good experience from this shop 1st - I had Samsung S10 screen and back was broken totally and they fixed my phone within 40mins with all Samsung original parts so reliable and trustworthy shop.... 2nd- they also fixed my PS4 broken HDMI port same day best of the best 3rd - my laptop was slow so they put new ssd and made my laptop fast again Very helping staff And they have nice collection of mobile phone cases and accessories
