A. P.I came in the three shop today to look at upgrades as it’s coming up. The colleague (kola) who served me was very helpful and fulfilled an early upgrade with a friendly chat about the phone. Really appreciate it and the customer service that went into my early upgrade today. Would recommend going to Kola when looking at upgrades or even starting with Three.

Fantastic service, helped me change everything over and looked into my internet, I now have 5g wifi (faster than the old fibre) a massive tv as part of the deal and a brand new iphone all for less than £100 per month, massively cut my bills down. P. T.I went to the shop whit the intention of change contract I was not sure about which contract with phone choose, I have been with Three over 5 years . The guy instead of give me advice he was annoyed . So I gave up and I went to London were usually the shop assistants make customers feel comfortable I got my phone in London and because I had issue with the buck up I went to Watford again . There was a different guy and he helped me , he has been great ! Completely different from the one I met the first day .
