M. N.We called into the woking EE store in The Peacocks Centre this afternoon to buy my husband a basic PAYG phone, we were served by Andy ( and also helped by Dec ) - they were both very helpful. In fact we were so impressed by them we returned to update my phone ( which I'd been meaning to do for ages but delayed as I thought it would be complicated ), Andy did much of the 'change over' for me and did it all with a smile ( and a great deal of patience ) - "Thank You" - top marks from two happy customers.
