Wonderful service! I had an old Nokia style 8110 that had slightly broken and I desperately wanted to fix it so I could digitally detox on holiday. The team were incredibly kind and not only fixed the problem but showed me some new functionality! I shall now have a relaxed and quiet holiday as a result! Difficult to rate with stars. Staff there are really good and fixing stuff is definitely their thing. I like to support local shops and bought a second-hand apple phone there. This was not so good. Afterwards I found the same phone on eBay for 25 to 50% less, some in better condition. Also we had to take it back as the sound was too quiet. They fixed it and gave a 12 month warranty, but the cost was quite high. Partly my fault, should've checked prices before buying on spec! Motto - check before you buy!!

My iPhone wouldn’t charge. I took it into I broke my Gadget. The young lady who served us was very friendly and helpful. She had a look at my mobile and after about five minutes told me what the problem was and that she has managed to fix it. Very friendly service and kept me informed at all stages of what she had done to fix my mobile. Will definitely go there again and also highly recommend the shop to my friends and family,

Opens the store 2 minutes before 9.30. Very professional and knowledgeable. My iPhone 6s Plus was fixed under 40 minutes. Allowed me to keep my shopping bag in the store so I could take my son to the mall. Great experience.

UPDATE: After speaking to the manager who was very helpful I managed to get a small refund. Less than I would have liked but apparently their policy is three re-visits before a full refund can be issued. He explained the issue and was very professional. Very poor. Fixed a simple charging problem with my phone quickly enough but when I tried to use it the front buttons and microphone didn't work. Took it back to fix and was told it would take "40 minutes". I came back an hour later and it wasn't fixed yet, the man told me "we had a lot of customers today" though I am not sure how I wasn't priority, seeing as I came in hours earlier and it was they who broke my phone. When I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience of the whole scenario I was offered to BUY a phone cover at a slightly cheaper price! In the end all I got was free glass protector which I have to come in tomorrow to get installed as the glue was still drying (and my phone was given to me covered with foam and elastic bands to facilitate this). All in all I think I will go elsewhere next time.

Popped into the Woking branch last weekend after having just dropped my iPhone & shattered the screen. The chap in the shop was extremely pleasant & efficient and not only repaired the screen, he also did something to the mic which meant that after years of listening to distorted voices it’s now crystal clear. I dropped my iPad 5 & cracked the screen. I took it to the Woking branch of Ibrokemygadget and asked if they could repair it. Charlotte arranged the repair. They had it less than 24 hours, replaced the glass & called me when it was ready. The engineer was ‘Pete’. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of this company. The repair is as good as new and it wasn’t outrageously expensive. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I always go to IBMG to get my phone fixed as my children are always breaking my phone! The service is outstanding and staff are very friendly, the pricing is also well quoted as well, the work is always done on time some days I have even get a call to say my phone is ready for collection before time, which is excellent for me ! A very handy and convenient phone shop no doubt.

After taking my phone into a couple of other repair shops who replaced the battery and simply told me not to charge my phone overnight... I decided to take my phone here in the summer. I paid for a new battery with the warantee - my phone crashed a couple of days later! I took it in and instead of just replacing the battery, they took the time to look into the issue and discovered it was an updating issue - not the battery! So thankful to Charlotte and Stephen (I think those names are correct!) for their customer service, my phone still works perefectly - I would definitely come here again to get any of my electronics fixed :)

My iPhone 5 needed a new screen. I looked on the internet & found ibroke my gadget! in Woking. Charlotte Turner greeted me & explained I had 2 options a new screen at about £44 or a premium screen close to an Apple at £55. Opted for the latter & also bought a new case for my phone. I returned 30 minutes later & the job was done. The phone is perfect & seems to be better than before! Charlotte was charming, good humoured & professional & told me that Peter the engineer had repaired my phone. The bill came to £59 which was great value. Excellent experience. I plan to buy my next phone from there!

My iPad had water damage due to being left on a windowsill and within 3 days they cleaned up the damage, replaced a part, and had it fully functional. Repair here was much cheaper than the excess on my contents insurance. Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Left very please customer! would go back.

My PS4 controller was knackered I mean knackered ready for the bin and as a last resort I popped in and was greeted by Charlotte. The staff was really helpfull and kind, through out the repair there were in touch with me..After few days i got call that my laptop is fixed and ready for collection. I was on top of moon as my all assignments and laptop worth £1000 was fixed. The repair charges were also favourable as Apple had told it can't be fixed and have to buy new one! Crazy isn't .
