A. H.We received excellent service from the Store Manager Mark when a transition from EE to 3 was proving to be more difficult than it should have been. Mark explained things clearly and concisely and resolved the issue in minutes, something that customer services had failed to do in a week. Having recommended 3 to my fiancé, Mark demonstrated the standard of service that I have been used to for many years.
