I was so pleased when they made Ian the manager. He is the kindest, most helpful, friendliest guy - and deserves so much respect for the job he does. Since he has been in charge , the staff seem a lot more relaxed, friendly and genuinely happy to help. He is very hardworking and always goes above and beyond to accommodate the customer. I always know that if I ring Ian he will do what he can to help me. Nothing is ever to much trouble for him - and no one deserved to be made management more than him. He’s got a good heart, maybe too good for this line of work? If I was management I would never let this guy go! He brings humanity to the work you do!... As a side note - Ian NEVER forgets your name, your other half’s name, your kids name or what’s happening in your life! This is a guy who really does care..

I recently bought a collection only Bass Guitar from here and I personally arranged for myHermes to be the courier. myHermes provided terrible service, eventually failing to collect at all. The guys at Cash Converters saw the grief I was getting with myHermes and actually went above and beyond by volunteering to arrange for a different courier that they trusted to deliver the guitar for me. They were really helpful through out, they kept me updated and when I was having difficulty collecting the product they helped to get it delivered to me. Fantastic service and I would absolutely recommend.
