One of the most genuine men I’ve ever worked with gets the job done really quick and with loyalty he adds extras such as phone screen cover after having the screen replaced little things like this with his friendly and welcoming customer service has got me as a client for life now. I can trust him with any issue on my phone without thinking I’m being ripped off also gives great advice on any new devices that come out. Definitely the best and most reliable phone repair and sales shop in Worcester.

Just one thing - do check that the phone case that comes with the phone purchase is absolutely the right one for your model as I had to return for a replacement which needed to be ordered. The service was so good, while I was waiting to get a price on fixing my Samsung A51 screen (which was really cheap btw) when other customers came in staff were very quick to help them, which was really impressive. My phone was fixed perfectly and I was given a replacement phone while they waited for the parts they need to fix my phone, which was really helpful.

I needed a quick repair as I had a meeting to get to, I got a friendly and efficient service. Very pleased as I had my phone back within the hour. Would recommend.

Went in for a screen repair, was done extremly quick however I was unhappy with te quality of the rplacement ( cheao alternative). However they were super helpful and rectified the problem for me, getting me an official refurbished screen and fitting it super quick and a great price. Now my iphone 7 is back to normal.
