I went to get my iphone x screen repaired and the person working there was extremely nice! He explained everything to me and it was fixed within 30 minutes!!! My daughter dropped her iphone7 and cracked the screen (common problem), which wasn't so bad until the battery capacity started dropping. A couple of months ago, we bought the phone into the Worcester branch and had both replaced, and a screen protector added, for a price that Apple can only dream of (the parts aren't Apple original, hence the price of course). The staff in the store are really friendly and know their way around Apple kit. They gave a guarantee, and the phone is working as good as it ever did. Highly recommended.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Took in a long dead Samsung phone to get the screen replaced. Did it in an hour and also had a new screen protector put on that old phone (and also my new phone). Staff took care to give it a good clean and I now have a spare phone that looks and works as good as new. The shop also does spare parts if your power socket isn't working. Definitely my first port of call if I drop my phone again or it otherwise fails in some way.

Friendly staff, very competetive on pricing, and cannot fault the workmanship. I've had a iphone screen replaced, and a charge port replaced on an ipad, both devices repaired like new with no data loss.. next time I need a mobile device repaired iCrack will be my first visit.
