They did a great job cleaning out my PS4 Pro and replacing the thermal paste, the free collection/delivery service was helpful since there isn't a store in Worcester anymore. I highly recommend their services for mobile, tablet, computer or console repairs!

Contacted the store by email. Prompt reply. Visited with my iPhone 6s which hadn't been charging properly for some time, even though I had cleaned the charge port myself. The friendly and helpful chap at the counter picked out some debris from the port and it's been working perfectly ever since. I was amazed by the ease and also no charge, so much so that I left in a daze, without even offering the cost of a pint, which I intend to address on my next visit to Worcester.

The shop has improved greatly in the last few months based on past experience so much so I felt I should write a review as I was so impressed. I took my iPhone in to have the screen replaced after I dropped it. I was told it would be done within an hour and I decided to have a white back added to change the colour. I was very happy with the end result and the discounted price as I had it done together. I will now always use Mobile Solutions and recommend it to others.

I have taken 2 I Phones in for battery replacements and once for a screen replacement. The staff were friendly and it was done in super quick time. I am baffled by some of the low reviews here. I would not have gone back 3 times if they were not good. They replace batteries and screens with the genuine parts. Thumbs up from me !

Amazing service!! Had to replace charger port on a Huawei tablet and got quoted £120 incase the screen got broken. They managed to simply take it apart refit my port that had become dislodged Only charged me £20, could of easily charged me £120 and I wouldnt of even known! Honest, fast and great workmanship.

Went in for a screen replacement for an iPhone 6+. Had some problems with the proximity sensor after they replaced my screen. I went back and they did a complete tear down of the phone and got it all fixed up. Good experience overall. The manager Chris was incredibly helpful.

I went to mobile solutions yesterday through a recommendation as I dropped my phone and the screen was broken and although I could hear my messages it would only show a blue screen. I was so worried of losing all my photos as I've not backed it up in ages! The gentleman that served me was fantastic. He assured me it would only take an hour it wouldn't effect my photos and was half the price I was expecting to pay. Amazing service will recommend to everyone I know. 👍🏻

Great service from very knowledgeable staff. Took my Samsung J6 in for water damage repair and a non responsive touch screen. Chris and his staff went to great lengths to fix the problem, kept me well informed and a week later after a thorough clean inside and a new original screen, the phone was as new. Will definitley use them again.

Took my elderly mother who un-necessary panics about technology as her battery needed replacing. I telephoned as spoke to Hans, who confirmed they hold a full stock of batteries (we didn't know which iphone she had). He couldn't have been more helpful. When we went to the shop the guys were really kind to mum and took time out to chat to her. They even went the extra mile and fixed a part that she didn't realise was not working properly ( she though her case was causing the phone to switch off) for no extra charge. Great service, lovely guys. This is why independent business are the best choice.

Called in to see if they had a micro USB adapter to transfer a Windows phone to Samsung. They don't have them to sell but very kindly gave me a spare from a boxed phone, and wouldn't take any payment for it. Old fashioned service like that means I will certainly use them again when I need anything repaired - brilliant!

I can't recommend Chris and Viktor enough! I went in in quite a flap about a cracked screen that had water damage in it -they not only made me feel relaxed but they managed to fix my screen the same day and for a very reasonable price! In the unfortunate (but more than likely!!) event that I do damage to my phone again I have no doubts that I shall be back here -thanks again!!

Excellent service, quick repair. The touchpad on my laptop was not working correctly, Viktor checked it and repaired it in about an hour and gave the fan a clean as an extra curtosey. I am new to Worcester and looked for a place to take it to, that had good reviews and I am very happy to have found these gentlemen as I will return and recommend them to any who require an excellent standard of repair.

Went into this shop to enquire about repair to my Samsung S2 tablet charging port. The gentleman in the shop checked it over thoroughly, and then informed me that all it really needed was a better fitting cable, as the one he used to test fitted perfectly. When I asked purchasing a similar cable, the owner handed me the one that he had used for free. Really goes to show that good old fashioned service exists, and cannot recommend this highly enough, as 2 other stores simply offered to send the tablet away to be repaired at a minimum cost of £60, without bothering to even look at it first. well afterhaving several prob lems with my telephone and not knowing who to turn to i popped into this shop, just to enquire. What a gem!!! the people in there couldnt have been more helpful and friendly!! I walked out of there with a galaxy s5, as my mobile was beyond repair. Then last week my computer would'nt boot up. i took down to the shop and again excellant service. they had to order a part but it arrived the next day and expecting a huge bill when it cost less than night out! i recently had my samsung galaxy s3 screen replaced here,as i dropped it and shattered the screen.The staff were very friendly, very helpful and answered any questions i had. the service was very quick and they did a great job on my phone.
