Brought my partners Galaxy A51 in with a damaged screen. After diagnosing that it needed a new screen, a new one was ordered, fitted, and all turned around within 24 hours and at a good price and a great service, really happy especially as ot is needed as a business phone primarily. I have just bought a new phone and everything transferred from my old phone except WhatsApp chats. I tied myself in knots and got nowhere. Phone Plus sorted it out on the same day I called them, no hassle and all the things I thought I'd messed up were no problem to them. Phone Plus is a cut above the average phone repair shop. The best thing about the place is the owner Shabeer, who is extraordinarily kind and courteous. He believes in understanding his customers' needs before recommending anything. He has surrounded himself with a crack team of technicians who can fix any phone problem quickly and effectively. I bought my current phone from Shabeer and it has served me well. When I managed to crack the screen, he replaced it immediately for a modest charge. It's great to be able to trust someone when it comes to phones and technology. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
