Really great place, I went in with an Iphone that kept shutting down and turning back on randomly and my wifi and Bluetooth wouldn’t turn on. One guy was a bit rude and just took my screen protector off saying that was the problem when it clearly wasn’t. The other guy who I am assuming is the main person came in and was a lot more helpful and friendly. Over all it only cost me £20 more than what I was originally quoted and they called when they where about to start to make sure I was ok with everything and they made sure to explain everything they where doing to me.

Came to sort out a tablet with a faulty screen (I didn't buy it from here) and although they weren't able to fix it, I experienced excellent customer service and he told me to refer to my warranty.

My iPhone XS needed its screen fixed as I was planning on selling it. I like how this company have their prices set so they can’t fob you off like so many other mobile shops in Worcester (there was a board outside the shop with prices). I actually ended up selling it in store as they gave such a good deal!! (worth it as it’s a faff selling online). Staff are friendly and informative if you have any questions. I even got my the back camera covered with glass which I didn’t know existed. They’ve moved from the Cross by Starbucks to the Corn Market, which is ideal with the car park there. I’ve always gone to them as they’re reliable and have pretty much everything in store.

Excellent, professional service from Mr Tariq. iphone 11 pro max screen replaced for a very competitive price but unfortunately the 1st replaced screen was faulty. He ordered a new one immediately and got it replaced straight away with no quibbles, very quickly. He also gave me advice about my other faulty phone with no charge. Very trustworthy, great price & would highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful enough. Good price but the work on my phone was only OK. I asked for the screen and USB charger port to be replaced but only the work on the screen was done and the camera button now doesn't work. They also lost my phone case but I was offered a new replacement one.
