broke the screen on my iphone 11, i contacted them and got a response back via email very quickly. i took my phone down the next day and within the hour it was fixed! they done a great job and will use them again in future!

Excellent company. Brilliant communication and high level of professionalism. I broke my screen on my S10 and the repair is incredible. Really know their stuff! Fair price too. Not the cheapest quote I had but you get what you pay for. Would reccomend to anyone. Thanks guys! 👍🏼

Absolutely brilliant service. They're prompt, friendly and willing to tackle any type of problem from the most trivial to the most complicated. They have a great knowhow for identifying and sourcing alternative or replacement parts. No matter where you are in the queue, you always come away feeling like they've dealt with your tech trouble first. And if something simply can't be fixed, they'll still bust a gut trying.

Excellent service as always, I have used these guys soooo many times over the last 10 odd years. Didn't know they had sold Phone Zone and moved but found out today and went in, got my iPhone screen repaired at last. Fast turnaround only took 45 minutes. They also were £20 cheaper compared to the quote from the new owners at their old shop. So happy I have found you again, I will be telling all my friends and family where you are now. Grant & Russ have helped more times than I care to remember (I'm a bit of a tech nightmare). They will always tell you as it is & discuss any work with you before they do it. They offer a no obligation, free quote. If it's not worth repairing they will tell you. They are both local guys, who take pride in what they do. In my opinion you cannot put a price on good service & honesty and this is what you can expect when dealing with them as well as a good price.
