My iphone went into a bad state where the message on the lock screen would not clear, the phone would not switch off and would not unlock. No soft or hard reset would work, no recover software of itunes reset would work either. Went to Faj, and they disconnected the phone and in a few mins had the apple logo appear allowing me to login. Good staff, efficient and capable.
