P. H.Technical retail must be a tough business but the owner and his staff couldn't have more friendly. Attempted to undo the mess that my new phone was sold to me in by another company in Brighton (twrp - avoid!), explaining what the problem was while dealing with numerous other customers. None of us feeling left out.
Honest, Customer focussed, jovial. Very fairly priced. What more do you want from a technical retail store?
