GREAT HONEST COMPANY! Called these guys this morning to ask if they could replace the charging port and ear phone port on my s10 as assumed they were worn because the cables kept falling out easily... the helpful chap on the phone said "oh no sir unless its broken there will be no need to do that, we can fix them without replacing the ports much cheaper" So based on his honesty of not trying to rip me off, i took the phone to them. 30mins lafer it was fixed for 20 quid! You have won a family of customers for any future issues with our gadgets! Many thanks Neil

Asked these guys about fixing my screen. As usual, looked at three other companies. They came back pretty quickly with a defined quote, including return postage Now, what really impressed me was, I posted it, the it arrived on the Friday morning at their shop. It was fixed, and a confirmation text sent back at 12.40. Then confirmation of completion, 13.09.then confirmation of posting. 14.20. It was delivered back to me the next morning. Wow. Clarity, professional service, honesty and punctuality. Huge thank you. Use these guys. Seriously. Superb service.

Lifesaver! I dropped my phone, cracking the glass over the rear camera, and messaged Phone Fix on Facebook that evening. First thing in the morning they replied with a quote, inviting me to come in when convenient. I went to the shop and gave in my phone - within 45 mins the glass was replaced, with friendly service and a very reasonable price. Less than 24 hours after breaking the phone, it was good as new. Hopefully I won't need more repairs in the future, but if I do, this will be my first port of call :-)

Can't rate these guys highly enough. Replaced my iPad Home Button for less than half the price others were quoting me. Quick, clear and friendly service. Then I left my phone with them as front camera had dust under the screen over the lens so was unusable. Had been quoted up to £70 at other places in Brighton and Worthing as they would have to replace the lens (they said!). These guys cleaned it out for £10!! Will go here all the time from now on and send anyone I know as well.

1/2019 My friend’s iPhone5 ran horribly but too stubborn to get a new battery installed. As soon as he cracked his screen he took my advice to have PhoneFix sort him out. We got him a new batt, screen, both got great new cases and my friend treated me to a lamb chop dinner! Searched for a mobile phone repair shop after being let down by a big brand company. Found this company in Worthing and phoned them to see if they had an S7 Black in stock. They did, went there a couple of days later. Handed over phone and the guy was polite, friendly and helpful. Less than an hour later DONE. Was pleased with the service given and even added a screen protector. Reasonable prices cannot argue. Would recommend and would go back.
